Flowers as yet undelivered but apparently my parcel from Prestige Gifting is now ready for me to book a redelivery or collect from the post office collection, totally unsatisfactory

Ordered the Yuri Ikebana for my mum as. Birthday gift and it didn’t come as pictured. You have to assemble it yourself!!! Which it didn’t say on the site anywhere. This company is false and awful. Don’t use them!

Flowers were not delivered and were so important. I paid for next day delivery. No communication. Didn’t respond to emails or messages no phone number. I still haven’t had a refund I am disgusted.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on the 19th December 2022. resorting to writing this review due to no response except and automated one to say they were dispatched for delivery. Tried calling phone lines not in operation. The monies have be taken from my account but still not flowers as a gift for my sister. The review would have been less than a one star if it had been possible, if I could be refunded or the bouquet sent it would be much appreciated. Having used on several occasions before I sadly would not recommend Haute Florist due to very poor customer service

UPDATE 06-01-23 - no flowers but they are refusing to give me a refund - really disappointing customer service I ordered Next Day flowers (21-12-22) for them to be delivered 2 days late (3 days after being ordered), so after the person leaving our company had left. If you cannot guarantee this service, you shouldn't offer it. I have contacted you twice already (once on your main contact page and once through your request for me to leave a review) but haven't received a reply or acknowledgement from you, so am now leaving a review.

Total utter rubbish. Flowers not delivered although apparently despatched. Presumably will eventually receive a dead bunch of expensive flowers. Not a situation I wanted for a present for a loved one.

Terrible on all counts 1) no dispatch email despite that being stated in my order confirmation 2) no way to contact by phone 3) emails not answered 4) delivery 3 days late 5) flowers a very poor version of my order

Ordered flowers for a 50th birthday for a work colleague to be delivered on a Tuesday - the flowers finally arrived on Thursday with no water and flowers were starting to wilt. Not exactly what we had in mind.

This wasn't delivered on time. When I called to complain, terms and conditions, which were irrelevant, were quoted to me. I followed up with a written complaint, which wasn't read properly and the same agent replied with the same comments. I then asked for my complaint to be escalated but have had no reply. The 100% satisfaction guarantee also seems rather meaningless. The website refers to contingency arrangements during industrial action but clearly not being actioned. To post something late on a Sunday evening and expect it to be delivered on the Monday is too big an ask for the Royal Mail at the best of times

I can’t believe I have been asked to review haute florist . I paid £29.50 for flowers to be delivered on December 20th and they have still not arrived today 21st . I have emailed three times and have had no response other than an acknowledgment . The email said one of the team would review my complaint last night but not a word today . My friend lost her mother in law and I wanted the flowers delivered yesterday so I have requested a refund but haven’t heard a word . If I do not hear from you tomorrow I will use Facebook to share my very disappointing review .

I would strongly advise anyone who would like to have any confidence in their flowers being delivered to avoid this company completely. Their help is non-existent, their judgement and advice ir choice if courier is not given or advise, their help bot is a farce. There is no human contact for failure if delivery, and there is no email, it telephone number fir contact. Only a method for taking your money. My £90 order has not been delivered after 5 days. No response whatsoever to their happy to help idiot bot.

Promised of a next day delivery not met. Flowers were stuck for 4 days at depot. Emailed to get a refund or rearrange as the person I ordered flowers for was only there for a day as she just gave birth! Got a general auto reply and no follow up or apology. So basically spoilt flowers still at depot. Poor service

The flowers that were ordered have not been received yet 💁 Still looking for an answer from the Company. Cannot answer the other questions due to the non delivery. These flowers were ordered on 30/11 for my friends birthday on 17/12 … payment was taken but no flowers arrived 💁

Dreadful. I ordered fur next day delivery for a birthday. 2 days later, still not delivered and no idea when my friends birthday present will arrive. Don’t use this company! They don’t even review your queries. They give standard answers and ignore the content. Shocking, just shocking.
