Flowers arrived and looked nothing like image. I wouldn’t have give £10 for them. Won’t be using again !!

PATHETIC customer service - AVOID! Haute would not let me return a vase that I had bought from them (I bought a large bouquet of flowers along with a vase they recommended at check-out). Following really poor customer service and rude e-mails from them, I had to escalate the issue with my credit card company in order to get a refund. Advice for Haute 1) Don't push additional products (the vase) at check-out that are not suitable for the original item being bought (the flowers) 2) Customers have a right to return products that aren’t fit for purpose. It is as simple as that. So your attitude of "because you received the correct item which you have purchased in the description I am unable to refund you" is unacceptable 3) You've gone from having an excited customer who became a member that was planning to buy from you regularly going forwards, to a customer that won't buy from you again and is now writing negative reviews. All because of a £10 refund. If you don't treat customers fairly, they'll find somewhere else to spend their money 4) When a customer writes to you with an issue, have the courtesy to use their name when responding to them

Spent about 100 pound to make sure my mom got good flowers on her birthday. They advertised as next day delivery. My mom didn’t receive the flowers for another two days. I got an extra large bundle which only consisted of a few flowers ????? Absolute joke! I won’t use them twice! I questioned what wa s happening and they blamed a third party - took no responsibility and offered me a mere ten dollars money back. Absolute joke across the board - buck your idea up guys - if I didn’t live on the other side of the country I would have dealt with this incompetence and disregard in person

Flowers did not arrive! I tracked them at 12:30 as it was getting close to the delivery before 1pm and it said they couldn’t deliver to the address. Should have been informed of this when ordering and it ruined a day or surprises I had planned for me partner. Not great!

Avoid. Haute is another name used by Prestige Gifting (see Trust Pilot for abysmal reviews). False promise of guaranteed delivery which saw the bouquet I ordered being delivered late. When I complained re:false advertising and late delivery I was offered a £10 voucher- as if I am ever going to use this company again, absolutely joke.

Hadn’t realised they’re part of prestige gifts who I had a problem with before Xmas with a delivery of poor quality flowers. Delivered a day late! Sent an email which basically replied saying there’s no guarantees !

Never again this company has extremely poor customer service I ordered flowers on the 9 th for my birthday for my friend on the 11 th of January up to now not received there is no telephone line tried all day I was told no telephone as there is network update

Will never use this company again. I ordered quite an expensive bunch of flowers (£50) and a hand blown vase for my sister in law's birthday. Firstly it did not arrive until next day and secondly there was no vase when she opened the box on her birthday. I was gutted because it looks sloppy like I made no effort and I had. I then had a back and forward trail of emails and another insult which was they would consider a "partial payment" of the vase. I will never use them again. I am not a happy customer at all. I feel my money went down the drain even tho they offered me a £10 voucher but I would need to spend £29.99 first. All in all I threw my hands in the air and said NEVER AGAIN. Customer service - where? Pĺpppp

FLOWERS ARE NOT TRUE TO SIZE AS SHOWN ON WESITE - I Used to use this company all the time and was satisfied, the last 2 orders have been misleading and not a true representation of the size as shown on the website, put it this way the medium is more like a small and the large is more like a medium.. even after sending photos the florist thought it was satisfactory until I complained further, I accepted an offer for another bunch to be sent but again still small and nothing like the photos, not as much flowers or foliage as shown. my Second order was for a large bunch and again same issue. Will not be using this company anymore and this is a warning to anyone else.

The flowers arrived 2 days later than promised. They were in a very poor condition. They looked nothing like the picture on the website. They were delivered by a third party who takes no interest., They were an utter waste of money and a huge disappointment.

Appalling Christmas bouquet. Flowers dead within 2 days. Asked for a refund but given the run around. Endless e mails all missing the point. Disgraceful customer services. Will be writing to the Directors as searched Companies House. Will never use again - not because flowers died but due to how they handled my complaint. They make £7 million profit so surely they could refund £45. Angry and very dissatisfied.
