Ordered a large bouquet of flowers and was sent the standard size . Very small bunch of flowers , poor value for the price . Very disappointed as it was for a friend’s funeral. Poor service

I ordered a LARGE £60 bouquet of ORION flowers. I have included an image of the Medium Orion Flowers. I have included 2 images of what my mother and father received for their anniversary. Very very disappointing. The service was good but there cannot be more that £25 of flowers delivered.

So upset ordered Flowes for mum who is 77yrs... Paid Extra for delivery before 1pm as we had a lunch booked ... We missed lunch as told they will be there by 6pm never arrived

I ordered & paid for a hand tied bouquet all in PINK for the arrival of my daughter & her husband’s baby daughter (hence the all in PINK), for some unknown reason the florist thought ORANGE flowers would be acceptable. After numerous emails back and forth to their customer service asking them to rectify their mistake all I was offered was £15 voucher, very disappointed with their customer service I won’t be using this company again.

If I could, I would leave 0 stars! My day was ruined, when instead of getting a large Roma bouquet(that I paid for), I received a super small one, that definitely doesn't cost £60, complained to them, but they offered a £5 refund! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!! AVOID!!!!!

Very expensive for such a poor bunch of flowers! £40 and they were tiny and half dead. Avoid!

Do not use this company to buy flowers. Received £40 flowers for my wedding anniversary. Photos look amazing on the website. Flowers were dead within four days, even though they were cut, kept in a cool place and given food. Customer services sent another out, as a ‘gesture of goodwill’, it was worse than the first. It was a smaller bouquet, and stems were broken. Customer services said there was nothing they could do as they had already sent flowers. They have closed my cases down, even though they offer a 100% guarantee. They are not interested in quality, please don’t waste your money.

I ordered the pink meadow dried flowers from Haute Florist and what was pictured online what a totally different thing to what I received (pictured below). I emailed Haute Florist about this immediately (early July) and I am yet to received any reply. Terrible customer service.

Very disappointed and angry. Ordered on Sunday morning for next day delivery, one email to say order received and other to say it was being picked then nothing. No delivery next day and no explanation. Complained to customer service only to get an automated response. Two days later I’ve received an email from Royal Mail advising delivery time for today, too little too late I’m afraid. If they weren’t going to be able to delivery next day I should have been informed of this at the time so I could have used someone else. Happy to take the money and give shoddy service with no communication. Shocking!

Horrible customer service. Will never ever buy from them again. Totally unprofessional. My experience was a nightmare. The customer rep literally was laughing will I was on the phone making a complaint. Asked to speak to a manager & he wasn’t helpful.

The worst flowers ever got it was for sympathy and they were already dead disgusting £40 down the drain Not interested in their customers at all I am taking it to a small claims court

Next day delivery arrived 2 days later which made it completely pointless as I had to go down to the local shop last minute to buy flowers for the day. Non-existent customer support. Rather disappointed with the size of the bouquet itself. For £50 I would have expected at least twice the size. Some of the leaves were already drying. Overall very unhappy with the entire experience.

The first time I ordered from Haute Florist and paid for next day delivery. It arrived 5 days later. My friend didn't tell me what the quality of the flowers was like and I'm now worried she is too polite given my most recent experience. I complained and they gave me a voucher. So I ordered again for my Mum. The flowers that came were half the size of the image on the website and they were a £48 bouquet so I expected something half decent. Most of the flowers had died within 3 days. I complained and they sent me a new bouquet of flowers to replace them. So far, good customer service and terrible product. When my Mum received the replacement bouquet, it was even smaller than the first pitiful bouquet, 2 of the roses were dead and a lily's head fell off when she removed the packaging. I complained again. This time I wanted a refund as I don't see the point in messing about for another 2 weeks. I have stated this 4 times and keep being offered vouchers or replacements, but no refund. I explained that another replacement will probably also be sub-par so I want a refund. They offered me a voucher and I said I most definitely will not be ordering again. I've sent about 6 emails saying I want a refund as I've not received what I've paid for and I'm still arguing it. So, all in all, bad customer service and bad product. Save your money and get some nicer, longer lasting flowers from a supermarket.
