Flowers didn’t arrive. My friend had been suddenly bereaved at a young age. I found out a few weeks later that she had never received the flowers. I tried to no avail to contact customer services - it’s impossible, tried the chat function, again didn’t work. Appalling service

Worst customer service ever witnessed from both florist and delivery partner. Flowers were not delivered on the date chosen. Florist did not reply for 3 days. Zero accountability taken but asked me to plan my delivery and anticipate delays. Shame as flowers are beautiful however definitely do not recommend. Not reliable and very unprofessional.

The order was planned as a birthday surprise. Delivery was not made either on the scheduled day or the next day. No information about the status of the gift. Very disappointing experience, surprise ruined, a person thinks I ignored her birthday. Terrible service, only excuses in return. I ordered FRESH FLOWERS, which have been missing for three days now.

If I could give one star I would. Order never delivered and it was for a friend who had a bereavement. This company is a bitter disappointment

I was very disappointed with the quality of the flowers. They arrived on the day I ordered them for, when they arrived the flowers were discoloured, dry and the petals were marked. Not very happy as they were part of a Birthday present for my Sister.

I requested next day delivery and it arrived 2 days later. Very disappointing for my grandmother. I requested a refund for this falsely advertised delivery date and was offered only £4. The flowers were £35.

Flowers arrived after 3pm almost dead. I can believe a florist would expect flowers to survive out of water for such a long time. Flowers was for my fiancé’s birthday which was meant to be part of a theme, flowers thoroughly spoiled it

do not buy from this florist. flowers were ordered for a special one day occasion. flowers were wilting and dying on the day. i sent photos to customer service that agreed the lowers were not right. they offered another bouquet? whats the point occasion has passed? they then offered a gift in return.. its all chesse. They offered a £20 partial refund. TERRIBLE DO NOT USE SAVE YOUR MONEY CHOOSE A REAL FLORIST dont believe the instagram hype

My experience was truly awful.If the timing of your delivery is a factor I would avoid this company. I ordered flowers on Wens for a funeral on Friday, paying extra for a tracked next day delivery. Apparently Royal Mail tried a delivery on Thurs to the undertakers but after business hours. I then contacted Royal Mail to rearrange for the morning of Friday . When this didn’t happen I spoke to their rep who assured me that if it wasn’t delivered by 1 I would get a full refund. When I contacted again it seemed it had been finally delivered 1.06 which was too late to be taken from the undertakers to the church service. I was then told I could only get a refund if I contacted the bereaved family to ask them to return the flowers!! Finally I was offered a refund of the delivery charge and a £15 pound voucher. Neither of these were forwarded, until I contacted the service department and insisted. I feel I have been made assurances that were not kept to. Dealing with this has been very time consuming .They response is based on self justification not on customer needs or on agreements made by their staff. My conclusion is that they are not a company to be trusted, and have been left feeling distressed and violated.

Shocking flowers that looked dead within 24 hours. I did not request a refund but was offered a £10 discount. (Shocking) Customer service lady continued to talk over me over the telephone . Would not reccomend to friends or family.

Ordered flowers for my best friend in London (I'm in Scotland) to ask her to be my maid of honour. Flowers were ordered before 10pm and delivered the next day, as described. However, the card was not sent with the flowers - which was the whole point in me ordering the flowers. So disappointed that the simplest thing, yet on this occasion the most important thing, had been missed! Then I realised Haute Florist is owned by Prestige Gifts who had previously charged my mum twice for an order but never refunded her the overcharge, it wasn't until her bank got involved that she got the money back! Will never use again!

Ordered wht I thought would be beautiful flowers for my daughters 40th birthday. They arrived on correct date but were not fresh flowers. The whole bouquet was poor quality and the next day were virtually dead. This was not a cheap bouquet. Have asked for refund but they are not willing to listen. Please do not buy from them

Ordered Thursday, next day delivery, still not arrived, it’s Saturday evening. Telephoned, e-mailed and attempts to ‘chat, no response! Shocking, full refund requested! Sadly, will never use again.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day for my wife and the day after they arrived they were dead. I have emailed Haute Florist numerous times since February and have got no response, no apology or compensation. I would never use this company again and would warn anyone reading this to avoid them like the plague. There is no phone number on their website so other than emailing them that is your only option and as they ignore your emails you have wasted your money on dreadful flowers.

Do not use this company. The flowers are extortionate and the customer service is terrible. Firstly, they use a third party courier which they can’t do anything about if things go wrong. My flowers were not delivered as the address was ‘inaccessible’. I was sent emails but addressed as the recipient. What am I supposed to do about this?? They should notify the recipient as Amazon does. This is important in the hot weather as flowers perish. When I complained to customer services their attitude was unapologetic. They just couldn’t care less. First they asked me the destination address and didn’t bother to look it up on the order number I gave them. Then they say there was nothing they could do as it was third party courier. They did not address the email problem. And they did not answer when I asked them how to leave a negative review. Luckily it was delivered the next day but there is no safety netting in their process which is flawed. Particularly someone called Teyla.w was unapologetic. I will not be using this service again and I will suggest others don’t as when things go wrong, there is no mechanism on their side to notify the recipient and they are unwilling to change their system.

Ordered in plenty of time for flowers to be delivered on the Saturday for my sister in laws birthday, They didn't arrive. Customer services are terrible they had said to wait to see if they are delivered on monday! But her birthday was Saturday so they aren't any use then. They offered me a £10 voucher for my next order! Do you really think I'll order from you again? So then they will offered me partial refund on the postage which was £4, you are joking right? I then asked for a a full refund and cancel the order reply came back to get a full refund I'd have to refuse the flowers on delivery. So not only do they think I never gave them anything for her birthday but now they want me to call her and tell her to refuse the flowers, I feel bad enough as it is. I've tried to change the delivery with royal mail to be sent back but it didn't give me the option
