“Straightforward and easy to use. Annoyed, however, that my voucher had "now expired". No word of a "use by date" anywhere to be seen. Bouquet looked lovely but I wonder how long it will last. The flowers all looked fully out to me.”

“The flowers I ordered were very much appreciated, but unfortunately the recipient had no idea who they were from, despite the fact that I had to pay extra to write a digutal message with the order !”

“The service was good, prompt delivery that I could track, however I was a little disappointed when I saw the bouquet my daughter received. It was a bit underwhelming, a bit small. I had ordered the medium sized option and would hate to see the standard small version.”

“The quality of the flowers / plant itself was great but please do not use Royal Mail again . I specifically asked for it to be delivered on Friday for a birthday present but it was sent to the wrong depot and wasn’t delivered until Sunday morning - not acceptable and very disappointed x”

“Gorgeous flowers. I've knocked one star of only because the roses have died only two days after delivery😟 However, if definitely but again.”
