“The flowers were beautiful. I had a panic as never received a delivered email and the person was leaving at 1pm.”

“You were unable to change my booking but to be fair I tried to shift this the morning of the day for delivery and luckily my friend was in and LOVED the flowers!”

“Lovely flowers and quick Dleivery. Not the biggest bunch compared to what’s shown online. Happy shopper though as they were the only cat friendly flowers I could find online.”

“Thank you for your support, I had a good experience, but unfortunately, I am personally unaware if the recipient received the flowers. They were posted by royal mail but have no correspondence to the recipient receiving the flowers, the is a photo but no communication to confirm that the recipient has the gift. would be nice to receive confirmation that the flowers were at least received.”

“Easy and convenient ordering with a choice of flowers. Received via Royal Mail and recipient was very happy, would like to have seen the bouquet but everything seems ok. Thanks”

“Great website, so easy to order from overseas! Although dishevelled from delivery driver, the plant is beautiful. Your after-service was professional and prompt! Can’t fault and will order again! I ordered a few days in advance and was very happy it arrived on time!”

“Read the reviews after I purchased next day delivery and was filled with dread. I ordered 9.54pm and they arrived the next day by 11am my daughter was so happy bought 2 different bunches and they looked beautiful.”

“Very happy with service. Ordered flowers from my armchair in Ireland for my daughter in Great Britain arrived following day as promised. I would have given 5 stars but do not want Haute Florists to become complacent.😀 Thank you very pleased with my transaction”

“The flowers sent were absolutely beautiful - possibly even better than the website photos. Arrived on the date specified. The only issue I had was with Royal Mail Tracking - I wasn't automatically notified that my order was out for delivery so was unable to track in real time. A quick email to Haute Florist sorted it out very quickly. Will definitely use in the future.”

“Flowers weren't for me but for persons moving into their new home. The flowers seem fine from photo I received back. It was good I could include a vase and chocs. Not sure if anything was damaged, they didn't say, but presume not. Flowers looked very fresh, just needed arranging by recipients.”
