“The flowers and delivery were great but I was disappointed to realise it was not a florist local to the recipient which was what I wanted. The internet search results suggested it was whereas it’s just a network of florists that delivers nationwide”

“Fast service, and delivered next day. The recipient of the flowers was really pleased with them. I personally feel that the roses were very open, not sure how long they will last, time will tell.”

“Easy ordering experience, beautiful options to select from and quick next-day delivery delivery! I would have loved a photo of the bouquet before it was sent, and do think that free delivery should be included considering the price point. But all-in-all great experience!”

“I really like Haute Florist they’re always reliable and there flowers are great. However as I do use them a lot I would appreciate being given a discount for being a loyal member. Not just money off when someone else use the code and signs up.”

“The flowers arrived on time, and I'm told they were excellent, although I haven't seen them. The only thing that lets it down is that Royal Mail provides very limited tracking. I didn't get any dispatch or delivery confirmation, so spent all day worrying that they didn't make it OK and I would be forced to argue for a refund or replacement. Royal Mail really are one of the most backward couriers - they don't guarantee named-day delivery, and don't keep you updated where your parcel is.”
