“The flowers turned up as expected, and mum was pleased with them. I thought the medium sized bunch looked smaller when they arrived than the picture on the web page, that was my only disappointment.”

“The flowers are great and arrived exactly on time and at the right address. The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is because one cannot speak to anyone on the phone and the e mail response did not really answer my query”

“Beautiful flowers , well packed and delivering Promptly and on time , I did think the bouquet Could of been slighted bigger for the price hence the 4 stars otherwise it would of been a 5”

“Very fine quality flowed _a pleasure to receive. Such a shame about the glaring grammatical errors on the accompanying card : "Rose's" etc. When no apostrophe s is the correct answer!”

“Ordering was easy and a wide selection to choice from. Flowers were delivered on time and packaged well. I ordered the pretty pastels hat box. Receipient loved the flower and the chocolates. Will be using again”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers from this company. Unfortunately, the order arrived in such a damaged condition that it was totally unusable as a present for a cancer patient. Part of the problem may have been that flowers were damaged during transit as the box containing the flowers was dented and arrived late. I had some discussions with a very understanding agent called Reece and got a full refund. I was disappointed with the flowers but I gave 4 stars for the excellent customer service.”

“A placed an order for a bright bouquet of flowers for a friend, however when they arrived & my friend sent me a photo of the stems, I was disappointed to see rather than the array of bright colours I’d expected, they were only white & very pale pink. I dropped some feedback to the company & received a really fast response to say there had been a mix-up in packing so they would send replacements. This is great customer service.”
