I ordered flowers for a friend who was recovering from ill health. My friend was very happy with the flowers. And the selection was exactly as I ordered. Therefore, I am thoroughly happy with the service.
The issue I have is the communications/notifications that I received were addressed to my friend instead of me. Hence, my 4 star rating.
