Less flowers than there were in the picture advertised which was disappointing. It didn’t help that they were half dead and browning. The box they arrived in didn’t have any water bag for them either. For the money I paid I wasn’t happy.

Not great service. The flowers I sent didn't arrive till mid afternoon and the emails I got from customer services seem to be automated.

I recently used Haute for the first time to mark a sad anniversary. The flowers were very nice according to the recipient but a week later the roses, which were in bud on arrival, had failed to open. I’d received a ‘how did we do’ link from Haute earlier in the week so thought I’d fill it out. I was very positive but also mentioned then flowers that failed to open... I got a standard response from someone in customer services who clearly hadn’t bothered to read the comments. Basically demanding photos of the bouquet ‘as it arrived’ ... no problem with its appearance on arrival just flowers not opening I’m not going to ask a 90 year old to start trying to take pictures of unopened flowers ... Expressed my concern at their disappointing standard reply to be met with more poor customer service explaining why they ask for pictures before compensating. I hadn’t asked for compensation! I’d been trying to be helpful in giving them feedback Making me feel like everything was my fault they said they would offer a ‘gesture of goodwill’ by resending another bouquet ... I don’t want a gesture I want some decent customer service. You can’t resend a bouquet which was sent in memoriam I won’t use Haute again - they have a rather strange idea of good customer service - basically try and help them out with feedback and they’ll make you feel like you’re in the wrong Will return to Waitrose flowers and M&S on the rare occasions I’ve had problems with them, their customer service has been excellent and I’m not made to feel bad Two stars as flowers were mostly good

Ordered flowers and arrived on time, paid extra to go large. Looked even smaller than the photo which is supposed to be medium. God knows what the small one looks like. Although flowers look ok, unfortunately I will not be ordering again from Haute. You can get much better value at many other places. Disappointing experience.

Flowers arrived late and wilted. They were for my daughter as she wasn’t able to have a celebration after getting excellent exam result. Two days later all the roses are floppy and dropping petals .The eucalyptus has dried up.I never used your company before but read a review that your flowers and service are excellent but sadly I don’t agree. Extremely disappointed.

I received a bouquet today . Unfortunately the flowers of the letterbox bouquet are half dead. I couldn’t tell the person who sent me the flowers as she would have been very upset. There was no water or even anything moist inside the package. It’s July in London, how do you expect flowers to stay fresh without water?

I have had a tremendous struggle to place my order, 3 attempts yesterday and I tried ringing you this am from 9.00am - answering machine only telling me your office hours. I had to check with the bank to ensure I was not charged for yesterdays failed orders. Today I was unable to claim the £10 off from PAYDAY 10. I do hope the order will now go through easily. Was disappointed with the bouquet I ordered as a special present for a Golden Wedding Anniversary. I chose the Tikal arrangement for its vibrant colours. However the blue flowers shown in the picture were virtually absent and turned what should have been a stunning display into a very average bunch of flowers. Also the number of blooms was less then shown in the 'medium' bouquet pictured although I paid extra for the 'large' one. Unfortunately therefore will not be using company again and cannot recommend it.

Beautiful photos of flowers on the website although not great order information or tracking availability re: order. Had to contact customer services to confirm my order because although I received an extremely basic email to say the order had been placed there was no further info such as delivery date and I had ordered the flowers 4 weeks in advanced so wanted to check this. Contacted customer services via email who responded really quickly with the coldest email I thought it was an automated response until I looked closer. You can't give feedback anywhere on the website; you're offered this feedback as soon as you pay so I haven't received the flowers yet. I get the vibe communication isn't great within Haute and transparency isn't valued. Bad vibes but we will see what happens when the flowers are received.

I am a subscriber of Freddies Flowers and have received blooms from Bloom & Wild. This time I thought I’d try a competitor. The ordering process was easy and the flowers arrived on time. However some stalks had no buds nor flowers. The company agreed to send a replacement bouquet. Alas, when this arrived it was with random flowers sprayed silver. I would have been happy to accept an alternative flower but, sprayed silver? NOT what I ordered! After just three days on a north facing window sill the flowers are looking tired and starting to drop. Value for money? No.

I used Haute Florist for the first time to deliver birthday flowers to a friend last week. I selected the company on the basis of a Good Housekeeping recommendation (their research is normally reliable) and they seemed to have lots of happy customers (pity I didn't check Trustpilot ratings first). I chose the "Wild Flowers" bouquet from their "Letterbox" range. The good news - the bouquet arrived on the right day and it was a lovely selection of flowers. The bad news - a lot of the flowers were badly wilted. Fortunately, they revived after an hour or so but had the delivery been late, they would have been dead. I contacted Haute's Customer Service to let them know and to suggest they put something moist round the cut stems to keep the flowers fresh while in transit. I understand the "Letterbox" service is something new for the company and I don't think enough care is taken with how they pack bouquets to ensure freshness. Have to say, dealing with Haute Florist's Customer Service Dept hasn't been great and I certainly won't be using this company again. Such a pity as the variety of flowers in the bouquet was

I used Haute Florist to send birthday flowers to a friend last week. It's the first time I've used the company and I based my decision on a Good Housekeeping recommendation and a lot of online research. I chose the "Wild Flowers" bouquet from the "letterbox" range. The flowers arrived on the correct date and my friend said they were a nice selection. HOWEVER, they were desperately in need of water and several had wilted. Fortunately, they revived after an hour or so. I contacted Haute Florist Customer Service (not particularly helpful) to let them know the condition the flowers were in when delivered and suggested that they put something moist round the cut stems to keep them fresh whilst in transit. I believe the "Letterbox" range is a fairly new offering from Haute. I certainly will not use the service again until the company improves how the flowers are kept fresh. Such a pity to spoil such a lovely bouquet.

I picked this website as it offered delivery on the day of my sister’s 60th birthday at the weekend. The flowers were nice, as you would expect at that price, but they were not delivered till a day later. I appreciate things can go wrong but I have tried to contact the company by phone, by message to the website and by email and have had no response.

I ordered an Orion bouquet to be sent to a friend and paid extra for the large size. They received a medium one (I realised this when looking at the photo they'd sent me), which was confirmed by Haute when I contacted them, and I received a £5 refund. The arrangement was not as nice as the picture on the website, looked like it had been put together hurriedly, so the £5 refund was of little consolation. A disappointing experience.

My son sent me some flowers , which looked lovely when they arrived . Within 2 days the roses were wilting and by day 5 I had to throw all the flowers out as most were dead. He contacted Haute and had no response. I order a lot of flowers and would not use or recommend them . Very disappointed!
