Beautiful flowers but only last 3 days. Mum was a bit upset.

Really disappointing. Half of the flowers were dead after 5 days. Not what I expect for a £48 bunch of flowers. Not recommended.

flowers were very small for value and also packaging was poor. no ribbon as shown in picture, would no order again!

The flowers were lovely but we’re pretty pricey. I was sending them to my elderly relative as she had just had a operation and was angry to find that the DPD driver dropped them off in the public access foyer and didn’t even bother trying to take them up to the door. I then had to phone her to ask her to go down to get them before someone else took them, which she did (thank goodness they have a lift!!!) she then locked herself out and had to call her daughter who was an hour away to come and let her back in! So in all the flowers were beautiful but I feel they were over priced and the delivery service from DPD was absolutely shocking!

Very disappointed. Used as a one off instead of my usual- and to be honest even though the bouquet was ok and pretty it wasn’t the same as the picture or description of what I ordered. This was sent for a very special occasion and sadly I feel let down.

I am extremely disappointed that my first interaction as a client was not positive. I came across your business through flowers that I received. Included was a voucher that I saved preciously. Unfortunately, it did not work. nothing on the voucher mentions conditions or time limit. I went ahead with the purchase because I could not face changing the order but I am not feeling good about the experience.

I just want to buy flowers - I do not want to sign up to receive offers etc but your website gives me no choice. Probably won't come back any time soon because of this!

We were unable to redeem our £5.00 voucher. Checkout said 'voucher invalid' Not impressed. Otherwise, service OK

Flowers didn’t arrive & poor customer service. Unfortunately the bouquet of flowers i ordered for a friend’s birthday did not arrive. After several emails back and forth over the course of the next week to locate the bouquet, I received confirmation that, whilst Haute Florist understood I was disappointed that their mistake had resulted in the flowers not being delivered, there was nothing they could do to help, neither refunding nor redelivering my order. This was clearly not acceptable and it was only after a further telephone conversation that I managed to arrange for the bouquet to be redelivered. This was then 2 weeks after my friend’s birthday.

Paid extra for Sunday delivery, only to be told that birthday flowers were delayed. After contacting customer services I was given no refund for failed delivery . Don't bother if you want prompt and specific delivery. Such a shame.

Not at all impressed. Went with these guys because I wanted a Sunday delivery - I had an email from Prestige to say the flowers would be delivered the next day - Sunday - then got one from DPD to say they were on their way to Sweden and would be delivered on Monday! When I emailed, Mia was not really bothered to be honest - I got an apology and the excuse that sometimes this happens. That was it. The flowers have arrived apparently at about 4.30 today - Monday - I don't know the condition so can't coment on that.

Ordering and delivery good but quality of flowers was unacceptable and looked as though they had seen better days. I ordered them for a funeral but couldn't take them. Complained and took pictures as requested but after 6 days still no response just not good enough!

Got a discount code to have off my first order, but there wasn't anywhere to enter the code and I didn't get any discount
