Ordered £45 flowers, quality was less then a £10 supermarket bunch. Arrived with several roses wilted, by day 4 they were dire and thrown away. Was offered a replacement bunch which was declined as no faith that a second bunch would be any better, so I requested a refund Emails that were being responded too within half an hour then suddenly stopped. Took 4 unanswered emails from me, a message on an Instagram post and a direct Instagram message to get a response to my refund request. It was agreed, but or the wrong amount so had a to chase again for the right amount. Have yet to receive said refund so will wait and see what actually gets put in my account and when. The marketing of this florist is fab, everything online is beautiful it's a shame the quality doesn't match the advertisement. Very disappointing.

You are asking me to write a review for flowers that I haven’t yet received despite the fact that were supposed to be delivered yesterday. I emailed your customer service team yesterday and still don’t have a reply so won’t be using you again.

Simply awful experience. Placed my order for a beautiful bunch of flowers to be delivered the next day to a dear friend just coming out of hospital. Following day no dispatch notice. No delivery. Following day still nothing. Sent an email to chase the order. Zero response. Following day still no flowers and still no response. Have chased again but I expect I will be ignored again. Just the worst customer service ever and will be chasing now for a full refund. If anyone EVER responds!! AVOID!!!!

I ordered a bouquet for my mother to mark the anniversary of my father's death and the incompetent staff at this useless florist put the wrong postcode on the address meaning the flowers weren't delivered. I put the correct postcode on the order, so I have no idea how this happened. I'm so angry and upset about this, this company is to be avoided like the plague!

The orchids I ordered for my wife bore no resemblance to those illustrated on your site. The presentation and quality of the basket was equally unlike that shown

I order a bokeh from your website for my friend and I did the payment the order didn't reach her as well as when I track the order they wrote that there is no order under this email !😕 I have a capture from the amount deduction

A am totally appalled by this service, I ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for a special birthday to be delivered on Saturday. They weren’t delivered despite 24 hour concierge and still haven’t arrived on Tuesday afternoon. Customer service is awful, I can’t speak to anyone and can’t get my money back. Disgraceful.

Total disappointment ordered bouquet value over £50 in plenty of time for next day delivery stressing that it was a very exceptional and emotional order to be delivered next day and reasons of great importance. But I was completely failed no bouquet arrived until the following day - a day late - the entire failure caused much upset. I certainly will not use Haute again very unreliable. No explanation , no apology.

It’s been a week and still no flowers These were for my sisters wedding anniversary which has now been and gone. First complaint email sent after 3 days of order. I was told that deliveries to Scotland take a bit longer as stayed in terms and conditions. Fine I will wait a bit longer 7 days later and still no flowers. Second complaint email sent and was told again…… deliveries to Scotland take AN EXTRA WORKING DAY. One extra…. It’s been 5 extra working days. I had asked for a refund which has been ignored! Customer service is shocking. Never order again from here and I would advise others not to. I still want a refund!!!

Terrible service!!! Sent about 4 emails 2 tweets ( 😩) no reply. Delivery was suppose to be on Saturday… no delivery , waited until Monday , no delivery . These flowers were suppose to be for a very sick friend of mine. I’m so annoyed about this. The fact that no one has contacted me to explain or apologise and there is no number to call. Arrrrrrhhhhhhh . I would like an immediate refund please!!! Shocking service . I will Keep on writing bad reviews and tweets until you refund my money back, I’m not happy at all.

Would not recommend buying from this company. I ordered a set of flowers that looked nothing like the image shown on the site. They delivered the wrong size flowers which they admitted to and still refused to give me a refund or store credit. Baring in mind these were flowers I brought for a loved one who is grieving and they delivered a horrendous bunch of flowers. Im disgusted.

If I can give no star, I will. They are spam. Don’t buy from them. I gave them the right address. They did not deliver and refuse to refund me and said my address was wrong . But it was the correct address. They also said there will be an email with tracking number when the flower was despatched but I never received an email re: flower dispatch . Don’t fall for this scam

Customer Service?? Are you kidding me? I ordered flowers for my daughter for a special occasion, to be delivered Tuesday 28th September. They were ordered in plenty of time, early on Monday 27th. Lots of assurances about next day delivery etc. etc. When I contacted them at the end of the day, having had to spoil the surprise by asking my daughter if she had received them, I was given a generic response and a tracking link. The link didn't work! I will never use them again. I'd rather pay extra and go with a firm that delivers on the day you need the flowers to be delivered. I was pointed to the 'small print in our terms and conditions' which obviously whispers 'we may not deliver your flowers in accordance with the GREATLY ADVERTISED all over our website assurance/promise of next day delivery. Really poor show Haute Florist.

ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday they did not arrive!! was told it can take longer to deliver to scotland!! if i had known this i would not have ordered from them and won't be ordering again

Flowers not delivered and taken back to depot for two days without giving options of delivery. Not really very good for fresh flowers!

I would not order from you again. I ordered flowers and chocolate for next day delivery, I never received an email with a tracking number to follow the delivery, and order was not delivered either...
