My order didn’t arrive at time. I ordered for 16th August but it came on 17th. If it couldn’t delivered on time, then I should be known about that. That’s really shame.…

Tried for half an hour to order flowers via the app. No joy despite several attempts. Finally had to access website to order. Website is good. App needs reviewing to ensure it works.

The flowers were not delivered on time. The agent I was talking to never came back with delivery details.

Insta Vs Reality!! One of the worse bouquets I have ever ordered. Looked nothing like the pictures they use online. My local petrol station sell better flowers for a fraction on the price. Will never use again!

For a £58 bouquet of flowers there were very few flowers. Four VERY LARGE leaves (which were not illustrated) had been added to the bouquet to bulk it out but they just look hideous. Hugely disappointed, just glad that this bouquet was for myself and not a gift, as any recipient would have been very disappointed.

I made a order on Monday evening at just before 10pm for delivery Tuesday. By the time the payment went through it was after 10pm so the order got delayed. It was my friends birthday on the Tuesday. It is now Wednesday evening and lve just got an e-mail saying delivery tomorrow Thursday. This is terrible service!

Have ordered before and have previously been very happy. This time I am very disappointed. The sunflowers have wilted and are dead in less than 24 hours. I e-mailed customer services, with photos, they didn’t reply. I e-mailed again, still nothing. I understand sometimes things go wrong but to not put it right and make any contact is unacceptable. Customer service is non existent. I would post a photo but option is not letting me.

I wish I’d read the reviews about broken flowers. Mine were for my daughters 21st birthday. I wish I’d bought local. I spent a lot of money expecting the best but it was very upsetting on such a special day. I had to remove 7 stems :(

I never write reviews but I was so disappointed. Some of the roses just looked dead and when I took them out of the box 2 heads were at the bottom. Flowers were for my daughters 21st so not a good experience. Next time I’m spending £100 I will stay with a local florist.

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered the large Tikal bouquet of flowers theywere 3 days late, broken and dead. They resent another bouquet and to my embarrassment and disappointment this one was tiny and missing thistles and other flowers as well. They aren't cheap and to avoid anyone having to go through this I would strongly suggest you choose a different company. The option to use photos isn't working. Otherwise I would post them all up.

My item has not been delivered at all, I paid extra for a requested day for my sisters birthday. I have not even had any response to my email, I want a full refund. Awful website. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

I purchased the hat box roses and I was extremely disappointed with what arrived. They were sunken into the box and small in size. After a few days, the roses became brown and wilted even though I followed the care instructions. The roses never opened up! Correspondence with the company was very poor. Avoid!

Use a reputable professional florist service, not this one. Royal Mail is used for the delivery. Not a personal courier service. If you are unlucky enough to need after sales service to help you, each time you ask for help Emily B may remind you that there's nothing she can do, as the mistake was made by you (correct), and it's in the hands of the Royal Mail. Yes, I missed a digit out of the postcode, totally my fault & an oversight, of course, but does that mean that they can't even express any empathy that they are unable to assist me. Perhaps the flowers will shuttle between the Royal Mail depots in Oxford and Swindon indefinitely ... who knows ... the flowers have been travelling for 5 days now ... so glad they were not sympathy flowers as I don't think I can even prevent them from being delivered either :( I have texted my friend to explain, so embarrassing all round. I am now drawing a line under this complete waste of time & money and bad aftertaste. £30 lesson learned the hard way. Back to the regular & reliable companies for me. Good luck if you proceed.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Arrived damaged and broken to our embbarrasment. Would not recommend.
