A large bouquet on offer for 45 but should have been 68 looked like a 12pound bunch from tesco at best. They are for a funeral, I literally feel suicidal I don't have any money to replace them. I'd add a photo but don't know how and have more important things to do then review flowers like prepare for my aunts funeral

Delivery 1 day late so flowers weren’t delivered on 50th birthday, no correspondence or information from the company to notify me so I could have planned something else. I get these things happen but due warning would have been good

Had this £45 bouquet delivered this afternoon! The quantity and quality is poor. I can purchase better and a bigger bouquet from M&S for half the price.

I bought flowers for my cousin and was not notified when they arrived. They did not last that long and compared to others flowers i have sent through the post they have lasted longer. I thought when i saw your advert i will try you out and your prices for your flowers seemed reasonable. But to find out they did not last long was upsetting to say the least.

Flowers did not resemble photo on website- very sparse. Argumentative and disagreeable customer service advisor. Offered money off next order- will not be ordering from them again and wish I’d read the other poor reviews online before I ordered from them. Never again!

I didn’t receive both orders, this was a birthday present and I didn’t receive them when I finally managed to speak to someone they claimed I didn’t place the order correctly when I had screen shots of the payment and order confirmation!

I ordered a hand tied bouquet yesterday morning at 9 am for delivery today for my sister’s 88th birthday. It never arrived!!!! When I queried it I was informed that they had no control over the courier service that they use for deliveries. I told them that my contract was with Haute and to cancel the order and refund my payment. Utterly abysmal service. Will never use them again

Flowers arrived in poor condition. Contacted customer services and sent photos which they said didn’t show any issues but offered me voucher for future purchases. Flowers in the bin by day 3. Contacted customer services again only to be fobbed off with the same voucher. Won’t be buying again I’m afraid.

I bought a bouquet for my wife's birthday. They never arrived. And when I tried to contact them to know about what happened, they answered me with bots. I asked for a person to deal with this problem, but they never responded. I'm very upset with Haute Florist.

Given that you have supposedly published my rating of your performance (but have not) that's another poor mark against you. To any of you reading this I would not touch this company with a bargepole. Beware!

If I were able to leave you no stars I would have done so. My orchids are planted in a completely inappropriate growing medium, in a pot which has no drainage holes and came with only 10 buds to 18 blooms - hardly long lasting! Oh, and absolutely no care instructions - lucky I know about orchids! The company's response to my complaint has been completely inadequate and I will never use them again. Haute is a misnomer - this service is very far from that!

I ordered flowers for delivery to my mum yesterday who has just moved into a care home. I received no email from you detailing shipment and tracking so assumed the flowers had not been delivered. The care home staff told me some flowers had arrived but looked very sorry for themselves. There was no card, ribbon, etc detailing where they'd come from. We assume they were from you. We wanted to let mum know we were thinking about her as this is a very difficult time for all of us. I am angry and very upset with your service. I have had no response to an email I sent you and you didn't answer the phone. I will never use you again.

The flowers arrived half dead and half missing, (I ordered the large with a specified 10 roses, only 6 came and two were dead) when I wrote in with pictures I was promised I would be sent a replacement bunch, what then followed was the remaining four roses and what looked like some roadside weeds!

Appalling web presence. Website shows photos of bouquets with no dimensions or anything that shows relative sizes. A direct email asking for clarification gets an entirely useless response providing no further information and sent from "Prestige Gifting". An identical query by Messenger on Facebook is responded to by an AI front-end which obviously can't cope and so passes me to a human operator who, instead of reading my query, asks me "How can I help you today". When instructed to "See above" they asked me to "bare (sic) with them" and then responded with a reply as unhelpful as the original email. They have lost a prospective customer and I have no idea how they got such a glowing review in Good Housekeeping. Would score zero if I could.
