Flowers delivered a day late. Roses wilted and brown. Complained but no response!

No email to say they were on their way and couldn't get hold of anyone despite emailing a couple of times. The flowers were a huge disappointment and I certainly won't buy again or recommend

Was meant to be next day delivery… was meant to come on Wednesday, but came in the Saturday… the flowers were 60 pound and very poor, would of got better flowers at Tesco for 10 pound … very disappointed!

The flower I ordered on 16 December to be delivered on 23 December did not arrive on the day. Very disappointed I will not use Haute Florist again. I will try and get my money back, but I'm not holding my breath on that. I would advise stay clear of Haute Florist.

DO NOT use this company to deliver your flowers. Flowers arrived a day late, looked nothing like the picture and were half dead. I am now battling with them to get my money back having had to spend yet more money on flowers from a different company.

I normally send fresh flower to my mum for Xmas….tried something different with your dry flowers….she told me that they were iffy at best.

I ordered flowers on the 14th of December to be delivered to my mother on the 23rd. I haven't received an email letting me know they're going to be delivered so I emailed you. I got a generic email back and then another from prestige delivery saying someone would be in touch. That was earlier this afternoon and it's now 17.25 and I've heard nothing. I'm fuming because I made sure I ordered early so my mother would get these flowers. I'll be really angry if they're not delivered tomorrow because that will mean my mother won't get her Christmas present from me

Ordered a large bouquet for my mothers 75th birthday and what looked like a small to medium arrived flowers all floppy nearly dying and from the reviews I wish I hadn’t bothered £45 for nothing!

I have order two vases orchids two weeks ago and I still didn't receive them, no reply have to say that's the terrible service especially that it was a special occasion, still waiting for response or refund.

Flowers were delivered a day late and were a sad looking bunch. I ordered the letterbox White Elegance hand tied Bouquet and the stems to the Calla Lily were all mush and difficult to stand up in a vase and two heads of Calla Lily were mush and had also fallen off.. seen better flowers at a petrol station

The flowers were not fresh and I tried to complain asking for a replacement. I was told there are no quality issue. Posting photos please decide for yourself

Very poor and unsatisfactory service. I will not be using Haute Florist again. The website clearly states 'next day delivery'. This in fact is not the case. Their customer services is very unhelpful, and seems they have cue cards which they recite. I bought expensive flowers for a bereavement, and I needed next day delivery. I did not receive the service I was promised. If you are not able to deliver next day, then this should be clearly visible on the website at point of ordering. Either close your website or be true to the customer!!

I received my flowers and they were wet. I also did not recieve the chocolates i had paid for. Very very disappointed. I will definitely not be buying from here again & will not recommend to anyone

Paid for 3 bouquets but only 1 was delivered, 4 days later I'm still waiting for a delivery to be made! Multiple times I contacted them and they kept telling me they were being sent, if I hadn't kept at them about the delivery they wouldn't have done anything!

I sent my mother a bouquet, paid for it online money taken from my account, no delivery on Friday and it’s now Monday afternoon still no flowers? Customer service saying they can’t find my email address etc etc…. Terrible service… no believe what you read on here!

On Sunday 5th Dec. I ordered flowers for delivery on a friend's birthday on Friday 10th. I received no email to say they had been despatched. By 4.30 they had not arrived, so I went to Haute Florist's website. and noticed to my horror that most letter box flower arrangements, including the one I ordered, were marked no delivery before 29th December! Customer services not answering 'phone. Tracked down parent company, Prestige Gifting, who told me she would get Customer services to ring me back. They didn't. Another call, I was told only customer services could answer my queries. I emailed but no direct and "chatted", but only got a bot. Saturday 11th my friend emailed to thank me and enclosed a photo. Phew! 40mns later I received a brief email from Prestige Gifting saying it had been delivered! many enclosing the Royal Mail tracking info. This showed the flowers had only been despatched at 18.51 on Thursday 8th, so there was no possibility of them arriving the following day! I emailed my dissatisfaction and received an immediate (!) response: "I apologise for any inconvenience made." Needless to say I shall never use them again.

Hi I have tried and tried and tried to contact Haute re my order and have heard nothing back. Tried chat and email, there is no phone number! Any help appreciated! I am a first time user in Australia and have ordered three bunches for UK delivery and need to fix an address error! If Haute reads this my order number is 154693, please contact me ASAP, huge thanks.
