I have just arrived home to a delivery of a very disappointing hyacinth pot 😳 it’s been sent to me from my Son and daughter-in-law. Not wishing them to know of my disappointment I had to write this review. Your website is selling this for £35 😳 there were 3 hyacinths in a garden centre pot (probably £5 ) then popped into a ceramic pot which doesn’t look all that experience to me, I will probably throw that away. I have never looked at the cost of my gifts before but this is really not worth the money. I realise it was my family’s choice and your flowers bouquet look quite nice but in this instance I wouldn’t recommend your business.

Never ever use this website.. They promise to deliver on the next day , which they dont do... i havent seen any unprofessional service ... This is their response.. we can not refund this order as it is still in transit we do apologise and as stated in our T&Cs We cannot always guarantee a delivery date, but will endeavour to deliver on your desired date as all flowers are sent using a 24 hours delivery service the day before your chosen date. In the event a delivery is not made on the specified date we cannot offer a refund, however for exceptions please see our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Not impressed, flowers are looking like they are dying within 1 day of delivery , bag they came in to water them was damaged flowers were wilting. Very very disappointed.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a hospice for Saturday. They didn’t arrive until the Monday but were in a really bad state. No one has responded to any of my emails or messages

Don’t bother: my son ordered these for his gran’s birthday and the flowers were half dead. My mother worked in the flower industry- a disgrace! Customer service is awful to navigate - now waiting of a call.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I asked for overnight delivery of flowers to a friend in a hospice, they arrived a day late which was too late and refused to issue a refund unless I sent the flowers back from the hospice. Insensitive and unethical business.

Flowers for Mum's birthday 2 days late. She was gone by then so totally missed her flowers. No real apology, more an excuse blaming postal service. Website is clear that delivery is next day (or chosen day) trackable courier. Very disappointed.

I ordered a £50 bouquet and was expecting a large colorful beautiful bouquet flowers, just like the image shown on the website. When the flowers finally arrived, they were a Fraction of the size in the display photos shown on the website. I wrote to customer services to Express my disappointment, but they were not interested. I sent photos so they could see for themselves, they refused to accept that the flowers were nothing like the photo and refused to do anything to put the situation right. I want to add photos so you guys can see for yourselves ….. I want to add photos but this website won’t let me Open the link!!!

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and candy for my sister's birthday, the delivery was to be made on November 21, but they told me without any explanation that it could not be delivered, and that it would be delivered tomorrow. It doesn't seem normal to me when you pay for a service to be delivered to you one day, but that shouldn't happen. Shame on you! You have a very embarrassing service, I am very disappointed and I will make the most negative advertisement to you whenever I have the opportunity. I have an online florist in Romania, and everything is going well! If you can afford to do that with certain customers, find out that this cheap spell won't work with me!

The gift for my friends birthday was not delivered. No card was left to mention an attempted delivery and I had to drive an 18-mile round trip to pick it up from a post office. I used this service so my friend would have a lovely gift on her birthday as I had a hectic schedule. I was only aware as my friend did not contact me letting me know she had received it. I could have just bought her something from anywhere and delivered it a day late without the hassle.

Not a lot of roses mostly carnations Husband bought them as a surprise they sure were that. Would never recommend.Or buy from you again.

FLOWERS NOT DELIVERED.. NOBODY AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO.. After a close friend who lives in a different part of the country was diagnosed with cancer in another part of her body yesterday I went online to order her some flowers for delivery today as 1) she loves fresh flowers and 2) they were to make her smile at this horrendous time and I chose Haute for the first time as they had been recommended in Good Housekeeping earlier in the year and could deliver the very next day 04/11/21. This morning I received a text from Royal Mail to say the flowers were on their way to them on a 24hr delivery, which would be 05/11/21. I immediately contacted Haute (Live Chat is the only option to speak to anyone quickly) and I was assured that they would be delivered today, that they could be delivered up to 6pm. Knowing my friend was going to stay with family for a long weekend after the diagnosis I had to tell her something would be arriving for her today and she would have taken them with her then brought them home as she loves flowers. To get a text off her at 6pm to say nothing had arrived is extremely upsetting, frustrating and I am quite angry. As there is no options to speak to anyone tonight I have had to email asking for a full refund and all I can do is wait until tomorrow to Live Chat again but of course after lying to me today that they would be delivered by 6pm I do not have much faith in this florist. I would have NEVER chosen this online florist if delivery for today was not an option, a beautiful £45 bouquet that my friend will now not receive. I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW ONCE I RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM THEM.

Ordered at 6pm the day before, 4 hours before the 10pm cut off for next day delivery and did not deliver. Was offered £10 voucher to use on my next order but refused me a refund. Why do you think I would use you again?

I placed an order for my managers birthday present and I asked for NDD, I ordered within the time frame and the NDD was not honored, the gift is now late and I received no help from the live chat on your website.

Ordered at 8pm Friday for a Saturday delivery, confirmation received confirming Sat delivery and found out they were not delivered until around 2.50 pm Sunday. Won’t trust them for delivery on specified date again.

Ordered flowers twice before and had the same issue - paid extra for a large bouquet and the recipient was sent a bouquet smaller than that in the image (which is supposed to be medium). I asked for a refund of the extra amount I paid last time, which after a few emails was given. I thought I'd give you another chance and ordered a large bouquet again. Once more, smaller than the medium in the advertised image. I won't be ordering from you again.
