Received a basket of spring bulbs and ivy for mother’s day. No flowers at all. One hyacinth, a few miniature narcissi and some other unidentifiable bulbs with a bit of moss stuffed round the top. Half the compost was in the box. In effect I had to replant it. Terrible. My poor son has been had. Due to lockdown havent seen him for months. This was meant to be A special gift. You should be ashamed! Wanted to upload photos but website wouldn’t allow me to. This is a terrible rip off company. Complete rubbish and I hate to think what he paid for it. You need reporting to trading standards.

Terrible experience with Haute florist for Motherday. I ordered 3 bouquet of flowers at a total cost of £150. When the ones for my wife arrived they were tiny and looked like a £9.99 bunch for the local petrol station. When I complained they admitted the wrong size was sent but only offered me £15 as a refund. Totally disgusting customer service and may well have to refer to Trading Standards as they are clearly ripping people off. Please avoid at all costs.

Mothers Day Disaster! So disappointed, I ordered the Medium Spring Tulip Bouquet for my mum, as advertised on your website and this is what was delivered from "Prestige Flowers"? No beautiful box or ribbon, 1 sprig of gyp and 18 tulips which looks like they have been bought from a petrol station !! This is supposed to be a £45 bouquet of flowers. Unfortunately, I have also sent the same bouquet to my daughter's Godmother, so I will have to apologise to her . . .

Can't believe the insensitivity of this company I asked them not to send me e mails about Mothers Day because my Mum has died This was their reply: "Hello Thank you for your email. You have been removed from our mailing list. It may take up to 7 days for this change to be reflected. If you have done this by mistake please click here to re-add yourself. Very poor customer service. I placed an order on 23/02/2021. I did not receive a confirmation of the order, so after a week I e mailed them . They did not reply. I have spent hours on the phone trying to speak to somebody - no luck, always on hold. I can’t get through on live chat - it’ s always busy. I have no idea whether or not my flowers will be delivered for Mother’s Day. They are quick to take your money. Dreadful service - don’t use them

The flowers were not delivered and the company were unable to locate them. It took me 3 attempts and 2 hours to get through to the chat help line to get an answer. Appalling customer service. Everything I'm reading about on-time delivery of 97% and query resolved in under an hour, is just making me more angry

Item sent to Manchester, half the country away. Got the delivery notification from royal mail but no changes or updates. Missed the date and delivery time completely. The lacking information on the invoice email doesn't help either. Can't call any support number. Wouldn't recommend on the basis that they can't even get basic delivery details correct, and non existent support available.

Ridiculous customer service! Ordered flowers in plenty of time and was given the option of a requested delivery date which was 5 days later. Flowers arrived late. 60th birthday surprise ruined! Was told to basically expect delays even though I was never updated throughout the entire experience. Was given £10 voucher code to use online which I will never use as I will never order from Haute Flowers again. Eventually when the flowers arrived - they are completely withered/squished and flat. They have not been cared for at all and look nothing like the photo in the website. Not to mention there is no contact number to even speak to someone.

Having paid nearly £50 for a bouquet of flowers for my wife on our 10th anniversary. I was extremely upset with what I recieved, all the roses were lacking in colour and dying, heads had fallen off some flowers. I will not be buying again.

Had two delivery emails ( from Prestige Gifting) so it took me a while to work out that it was Haute Florist as that name not mentioned on the website. One said the flowers had been delivered and then another said the recipient didn’t live at the address. No response to my email, no phone number on the website to call and no delivery details on the order confirmation so I cannot tell if wrong address etc. Awful customer service! No idea where the flowers are and still no response to my two emails

Received flowers that were frail and dying with eaten into leaves and bruised flowers. I was told I would receive a complementary bouquet, however was denied when I wished for a refund. Absolute waste of time, not to mention an embarrassment as the bouquet was a gift.

The flowered were lovely, Requested delivery for a certain date ordered in advance the delivery was a day late for my mother in laws birthday.

Have ordered from haute before and had no problems and flowers were beautiful. Decided to use them again to order flowers for MIL’s 70th birthday. Ordered in plenty of time and asked for delivery on 1st March. Flowers did not arrive til the next day in the afternoon. Full day late. So disappointed. Absolutely spoiled the surprise of receiving flowers on your birthday. Tried to call and chase them up about 5pm the day they were due to be delivered and hung on for about 15 mins to be told there was still time!

Haute florists have not delivered flowers ordered for my 65th birthday .They don’t answer the phone and they don’t respond to emails. Appalling service. Despite some good reviews check out all the bad reviews which complain about Evie lack of service and poor record for delivery on special occasions.

For a bunch of flowers costing over £50 they looked like something you might pay £15 on a forecourt for. Selected ‘large’ for an extra £10. Mistake. 16 roses and 4 sea holly, pretty poor in all.

So disappointed. Flowers I ordered for my mother’s birthday a week before never arrived. Even more annoying when I can’t visit her because of the pandemic. No explanation as to why. Been offered a refund. But where are the flowers. What happened to them?!!!!

I recently ordered 2 bouquets the first of which was supposed to be delivered on 20 February. It did not arrive until today 22nd. This was extremely disappointing as it a birthday gift . I hope the second due on 24 February arrives on time.
