“This is my second time ordering from haute florist. The first time was a huge disappointment, as the flowers that arrived were not as pictured. However with the partial refund they gave me I ordered a second bouquet and this time was very pleased with the bouquet that was delivered. It was beautiful and very much similar to what was pictured on the website.”

“First time I used you, the easy way to order flowers on line and delivery time was spot on. I have not seen the flowers so could not give you a five star rating. But the recipient said they were lovely. But could not send me a photo. Will use you again, and hopefully see the flowers next time. Thank you for making someone special to me feel special.”

“I used the Haute app. The choice of bouquets was fabulous, beautiful and definitely more classy than the normal offering. Pleased to be able to increase the size of the bouquet too, a great idea. The app worked very well up to payment whereabouts I encountered difficulties getting my payment through. Frustrated I started to order from another supplier but the standard of flowers wasn’t as good so I returned to Haute to try again. Luckily everything was saved and payment went straight through. Flowers were a gift to a dear friend and she says they are lovely.”

“Delivery was fantastic and recipient loved them but not as much foliage and purple flowers as the advert. Paid extra for Medium too as per their picture. Would use then again though as free tracked delivery and flowers lovely and fresh.”

“I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday, she really liked them especially as there were some unusual flowers, and familiar flowers in unusual colours. I wasn't so happy with the roses in which were already quite open in delivery, and mum did have to remove them after just a couple of days or so, however the other flowers lasted well, as mum followed the detailed care instructions. Overall I would recommend.”
