“Flowers that arrived were absolutely beautiful and amazing value for money. Looked super expensive and luxe. Only reason I couldn't give 5* is because I did not receive a dispatch email or tracking details as stated but the actual product was 10/10”

“Really beautiful flowers and great selection on the easy to use website Would give 5* but 50% of the time the flowers have arrived a day late. I didn’t get any tracking details or delivery updates this time either. Would still use again.”

“I can only comment on how efficient the service has been, and not on quality of flowers as I haven’t seen them! I use Haute as I have received flowers from them in the past and they were beautiful”

“I have used you twice very recently, and the flowers are beautiful. However, on both occasions, I haven't received the promised follow-up email - ie: "We'll send you an email when it ships with a tracking number to follow your delivery." So, on both occasions, I have been left wondering whether the flowers have been received by my friend/family member. I have deducted one star for this - otherwise, you would have received the full 5 stars.”

“I ordered flowers for my friend, the order didn't go through although I was charged. I had to phone and query, all sorted out and my friend got some free chocs. Flowers were beautiful would use again.”

“A first for me never used before,but from start to finish very professional the flowers were delivered on time I was notified re. delivery time and it was spot on my son and daughter-in-law were delighted with their anniversary flowers and I will definitely use Haute again ,thank you”

“I found the website a bit clunky compared to some others, also it would be better if I could pick a time slot or even am/pm. These are only slight issues. Overall I would use this service again no problem”

“I do like this site and the flowers it sells but having placed quite a few orders over the past year, there have been problems. I recently ordered a bouquet for myself, knowing what it was like as I received one as a gift last year. It was really disappointing - see photos. Admittedly Haute did agree it was not as I should have expected and sorted out the problem for me, but it does make me wonder if, when I send flowers to someone else, they are actually receiving what they should, or if they open the box and think it is a bit stingy and miserable!!”

“Well....I only ordered the flowers the day before I wanted delivery and they were - apparently - delivered, so that was a very quick service. However, I had no email or any notification of the delivery being made which is disappointing. I only hope the bouquet was as per the web image - I had a delivery to myself recentlyand it was very poor compared to the photo (plus I'd had the same bouquet previously too!). Haute did sort this out to my satisfaction, but it does make me wonder if the recipient gets what I think they will get!”

“Hi Haute! Thanks for delivering my flowers. The recipient was super thrilled with them. But I didn't know whether or not they'd arrived till I called round to see her. I had expected an update to let me know they'd been delivered. It's no drama - just wanted to let you know :)”
