“I ordered an orchid for my aunt’s 70th birthday but was a bit disappointed that despite ordering in November for a mid-December delivery it arrived a day late (hence knocking off a star). Fortunately my aunt didn’t mind and was absolutely thrilled with the orchid. I suspect the issue was Royal Mail and Christmas deliveries rather than Haute but something for them to bear in mind at this time of year.”

“Ordered a beautiful orchid arrangement for a relative, delivered when requested, prices competitive, website easy to navigate, flowers as beautiful as advertised. Only gave 4 stars as had to request tracking information on day of delivery.”

“The flowers were lovely and exactly as pictured. I had some difficulty using the discount code offered by the app as the message kept coming back that it wasn’t recognised, My query was answered quite quickly on the chat however and it was resolved.”

“The product arrives safely and well packed and as described. It wasn’t however next day delivery as was listed and took a couple of days to arrive. Luckily it didn’t cause an issue this time but it’s worth being mindful of this if ordering”
