“Lovely range of choices and a fairly easy process to chose your flowers etc. Shame that the picture of what I have bought disappeared off the screen and I cant see it again :( That's a website flaw I hardly see these days.”

“First time ordering a beautiful bouquet off this website and I couldn’t be happier. Placed order at 7pm the night before and it arrived at my friends house by 9.45am the next day which was FREE. I tracked the delivery throughout. Website was easy to use and I even got £5 off . Win win. My friend loved the surprise flowers, it was a big bouquet and just like the one shown on the website. I was kept up to date with my order, only thing I would say is I didn’t receive an email to say my order had been dispatched I had to use my app FAQs to track it. But overall brilliant and really gorgeous flowers. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering more in the future!”

“I sent the Paris Bouquet to my daughter. She said they are beautiful and also were very fragrant. For the price the bouquet was a bit smaller than i expected and i ordered a large Bouquet, but it is difficult to tell from the photograph. Overall very pleased.”

“The recipient was delighted with the very unusual bouquet. My main criticism is that Haute says it will email the sender when the flowers are shipped. This has not happened on the last two times that I have sent flowers. I would probably use Haute again but there is a lot of good competition out there so they need to do what they say !”
