“The orchids arrived on the arranged date boxed, they were in an oval vase comprising of three orchid plants and two stems on each plant beautifully arranged with a moss top the flowers were white all in all it was a great display spoiled only by three of the flower heads were damaged, please see pictures this detracted from the overall effect but we will use you again.”

“The reipients were really thrilled with the bouquet. The only snag was that it couldn't be tracked. I would have liked it to be a surprise on the day but had to warn them a few days in advance to make sure tbey were in to receive it.”

“I was a little unsure how to order at first but gradually got the confidence and was amazed when the order was completed. I just hope the beautiful flowers arrive tomorrow as I can’t believe I forgot my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding anniversary. So much going on at Christmas time but no excuse. Please please deliver tomorrow the 11th December. Their anniversary is on the 12th. Many thanks and Merry Christmas to you all”

“Flowers were good and the service from Haute was very prompt, dispatched within a few hours or ordering, sadly being December Royal Mail delayed the delivery by a few days. My friend is very pleased with the flowers though so all good!”

“I placed two separate orders on the same day for delivery next day. One arrived next day and the other did not, which was a bit odd. Anyway, both recipients were happy with the flowers and the photos seemed to indicate that they were as expected, so I am otherwise happy with the quality of the flowers.”

“Website easy to use with lots of choice. High quality flowers at an affordable price. My only gripe which is minor is that it said I would receive an email with tracking when the flowers were dispatched but I didn’t. I was however able to log into my account and track the order directly from there.”
