Very very disappointed. Flowers did not arrive on time Customer services contact is difficult. Eventually flowers arrived three days after birthday. Will not use this sight again

The orchid was very badly withered. We are hoping it will recover but 48hrs later and it really isn’t looking great. Time will tell.

Absolutely disappointed it was just a pot with some soil in it the two orchids were miniature orchids just thrown in the box I had to pot it myself I have had it two days and already the flowers are falling off the buds are not blooming they are also just falling off I bought a orchid from a florist three weeks ago which is still going strong I would never recommend this web site just awful wished I had gone back to the florist £30 thrown down the drain

According to Royal Mail Tracker , the flowers that I ordered on Saturday 17th to be delivered on Monday 19th have not moved anywhere since Sunday 18th . Do not want flowers delivered that have been sitting around somewhere for 4 days now anyway . Have had enough automated responses that go nowhere, in place of emails answered and dealt with properly , chat lines that go nowhere and being 2nd in line on the phone for more than 30 minutes ( despite being told I will be answered in 5 ! And listening to discordant music) .Such a shame ,I have used Haute before but really cannot chance this happening again . Cannot choose how late from box below as I don’t know where the flowers are , cannot booze who delivered as nobody did , cannot choose from email, chat or phone as I used them all . Cannot choose how quickly you dealt with the problem as you still haven’t . Will wait now for a refund or follow charge back from card company

I’ve have ordered a few bunches of flowers but this time I googled which is the best flower delivery, as my closest friend had had the biggest promotion. I bought a medium display because I thought that it would be a really significant size. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The arrangement was tiny. I feel ripped off.

I ordered flowers and a vase ...flowers were delivered but no vase. When I queried it I was told they would refund the £10 I'd paid for the vase!...that was it .... I would have preferred an option to have the vase delivered... I'm not happy as it was a special occasion and Ineeded the vase tobe delivered with the flowers . I'm still waiting for a response so on that basis I may not use again!

Failed twice to deliver important with sympathy flowers. Do not use this firm is my advice if you value the recipient’s feelings. No apologies no refund, robbery

My son sent me a 'bouquet' for my 80th birthday. Imagine my disappointment when the parcel arrived. The carnations were brown or partly brown ie dead or dying. The outer petals of the roses were starting to die The zantedesechia was bent. This is the worst bouquet of flowers I have ever had. I have got photographic evidence but am unable to send them by computer. Needless to say I will not be recommending Haute.

The customer service is absolutely atrocious. They are stone cold and don't care. If your ordering basic flowers not an issue but the floral gift bouquet PLEASE DONT RISK IT AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

I ordered the pink punki bouquet, which comes in only one size, and received something COMPLETELY different than what is advertised. Different flowers, the poorest flower arrangement I've ever seen, looks so cheap and unprofessional. Their customer service is the worst and very unprofessional. Beware this site is very deceiving.

Not sure why everyone’s leaving a 5 star review - I order a week ago for delivery on the 14th - unlike any other florist- they have sent via royal mail 24 service which is not guarantee- it’s 3pm still not sign of flowers and we have celebrated the occasion already - not using again.

I have just received my flowers and I’m really disappointed. Some of the leaves on the flowers that have arrived this morning came torn and damaged and I have paid a lot of money for this bouquet.

I'm giving a one star because I can't give zero stars . I placed this order on a Friday for it to arrive on Saturday. No issues until the morning of the Saturday where I receive an from the Royal Mail stating that the parcel has been sent back to the sender (Haute Florist) and to contact them for further information. The order was purchased specifically for today and for a specific reason and they've honestly ruined my day. Their customer service lines are closed, there are no agents available to speak on live chat and I have no way of knowing what has happened. I will never order from this company again and I would reccomend others to order elsewhere.

poor service I ordered a large peonies bouquet. Prior the order I asked how big is the large bouquet in comparison to standard. I was assured it will look bigger and better than the one pictured on their website which is standard size. That one has 9 stems. When I received my order it numbered 10 stems from which three were cut very short.... The customer service was unhelpful. I was told is nothing wrong with my order. I should have gone to different on line florist... which I will next time. And by the way, the option to upload a photo of the received bouquet is not working...surprise surprise , I wonder if it has something to do with my intention to leave a negative feedback ..!
