The flowers were requested for the 2nd July and I received notification they were going to be delivered that day. I then got a notification the next day saying they would be delivered on 3rd, which they were. Why have a delivery date when you don't deliver on that date with no explanation.....

Booked a delivery of 2/6/23 for sister’s birthday. Then received a message saying they would not be delivered until 3/6/23. Raised a complaint and no one has been back to me. Poor customer service

Flowers were not as advertised (at all - ordered 12 red roses in bloom, got 8 pink peonies in bud) and they only offered a partial refund (after trying to insist on resending them a couple of times - but the special occasion was on the day I ordered them for, not some other day in the future...) UPDATE: managed to get a full refund by raising a claim against them in PayPal.

I got a note when flowers were delivered to my sender which was good. However after receiving no feedback from the receiver over a week later, I contacted them to find out that the flowers were never delivered. I have since then contacted the company to find out why the flowers were signed as delivered but were not. They then sent me a pick of the package outside to insinuate that, it means it was delivered. When I explained that leaving a parcel at someone’s door without a note or dither attempt is not delivery and was not given as accountability from their side. Why it was left at a random door instead of someone to ring the door bell, I don’t know. Issue still ongoing with trying to get a refund/ another delivery. Let’s just say it was my first time and likely to be my last which is a shame because the flowers looked lovely

I booked the gift 2 weeks in advance and I received the confirmation that the order was completed. The day of the birthday the receiving didn't get any gift. After emailed the company the same day I received an email saying that the item selected was just for the UK and if I was interested on sending it was necessary to pay an extra charge. Birthday has passed, company didn't advice me about the issue and I am so frustrated from this service.

Avoid this florist at any cost. Poor customer service. I ordered for a birthday and flowers never arrived. Customer service rudely arranged for a second delivery on a different date after the weekend and order never arrived again. The person took time off from work to stay home to collect the flowers but they never arrived. What a shame.

Rather disappointing , the flowers arrived for my poorly sister but didn't last as they were not given enough water .

Flowers delivered a day late, disappointed with quality and quantity. I complained to customer service, they seemed entirely disinterested and refused to help. As the conversation continued it seemed Lewis.h was selecting nonsense answers from a drop down list rather than actually engaging with me.

Flowers arrived yesterday as a gift from a relative. The roses have already wilted and the lilies are closed. Very disappointing. Top heavy ratio of foliage over flowers also. Disappointing!

For the second time of using, the flowers were not delivered on the nominated day resulting in the flowers not being fresh and complaints raised. I will not be using this company again

I ordered large flowers for my friend who lost a loved one. My friend send me a photo of the flowers thanking me, however I was shocked to see what they received, it was a small puny bunch. I reached out to customer service ( Aaron & Angel) who refused to refund the extra I paid for a large. In all fairness they should have compensated me for the extra I paid, but they didn't care. Customer service is terrible and they don't care about the service they provide. I ended up losing out, and was embarresed on the flower that were sent. Buyers beware!

Really disappointed with the flower arrangement sent as a gift actually felt quite embarrassed considering I upgraded the bouquet too. I had no email to say they’d been delivered either.

I hate giving bad reviews but after the initial excitement of getting the flowers delivered for our 10th anniversary at work the roses didn't look amazing and only lasted 3 days before dropping. The other little pink flowers didn't even make the vase. The buyer did complain and was sent another bouquet next day however these weren't much much. I just feel for the money some supermarket flowers are 3 times cheaper and are still looking lovely.

I purchased a set of luxury Peoni roses for my wife's birthday. They arrived a day late, although delivery date was specified at order. The flowers arrived and were already half dead. The flowers themselves were completely open and a few were already drooping. Most of the leaves were hanging down dead and dried out. This set of flowers looked the way you would expect it to look maybe a week after delivery. Certainly not on the day of delivery. I complained and send pictures. They dismissed the issue and offered a £10 credit to a future purchase and no refund. Absolutely unacceptable. Worst service and worst product you could fear when buying flowers for someone online. Avoid at all costs. There are other providers that are reliable.

My son ordered flowers for my birthday which have been extremely disappointing . Some of the foliage was virtually dead on arrival and shedding! Some of the sunflowers and roses didn’t come out from bud! I literally started throwing stems out within a few days. I haven’t told them of this because I know it would upset them. They work very hard for their money and these flowers are certainly not worth buying.

Paid £45 for the highest selection of LARGE, this is after 3 days, All dying off.... Very disappointed, Never use them again.... Haute florist ,They are actually prestige which have negative reviews . Had no despatch email, or tracking details, they just turned up

I have used Haute a few times in the past and it has worked well with good flowers at a reasonable price. However, I cannot now advise anyone to use Haute as the flowers I ordered have not been delivered and Haute don’t seem to bothered as to where they are. I also don’t believe them when they tell me that the quality of the flowers will not be impacted after being sat in a box for 4 days. This is assuming they are delivered today but currently we have no idea when they will be delivered. Really disappointing and I would suggest there is other companies that offer a better experience.

Ordered flowers for my daughter who has just lost her mother-in-law. These flowers were due to be delivered yesterday but did not arrive. Contacted Haute flowers and was told that Royal Mail would be delivering the flowers and there was no guarantee they would arrive on the day chosen. This is not made clear when ordering the flowers. That’s a day lost of life in the flowers. I have never ordered flowers before that were not delivered on the date chosen. This is a first for me. Contacted customer service department and was told they can only apologise. Very disappointed and will definitely not be ordering from here again.
