Ordered the flowers 4 days in advance of my Goddaughter’s 18 birthday to arrive yesterday, Saturday - it is still in transit with Royal Mail & tomorrow is a bank holiday so flowers will be dead by Tuesday if they arrive. They were ordered for her birthday on Saturday. I want my money back as this company has reneged on its commitment. Very disappointed

IExtremely poor. I ordered a bouquet last Tuesday 2 May for next day delivery to an address in Jersey at a cost of £39.00. To date 7 May that bouquet has not been delivered.

Poor service. Next day delivery £4 ( recommended) but they can’t deliver on the next day. what makes it worse is that I didn’t even order them for next day but they still can’t deliver. They are highly incapable of delivering your flowers by scheduled date so be very aware.

I was attracted to Haute Couture as I wanted to order flowers for overnight delivery. Their website said if ordered by 10 pm the flowers would be delivered the following day. So I ordered a bouquet for my husband for our wedding anniversary. To my disappointment, the flowers did not until the following day. I contacted their customer services and asked for a refund and I was told that they are not responsible for deliveries if the company who delivers for them fails to deliver on time. In this case Royal Mail. So I feel misled by their website. Beautiful flowers, poor delivery service.

I recently received a flower order from your business and I'm sorry to say that I was disappointed with the quality of the flowers. When I opened the package, I noticed that some of the flowers were already dead and wilted. I was really looking forward to enjoying the flowers, so this was a letdown. I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, so I wanted to reach out to see if there's anything you can do to help resolve the issue. I'd be happy to discuss potential solutions with you.

Appalling service if that’s what you can call it. Would give a zero if I could and the last time I order flowers from this amateur company. I ordered a bouquet for my god-daughter as a surprise birthday gift, placing the order 5 days before scheduled ‘same day delivery’. As a result I did not post a card or purchase any other gift. The evening before scheduled delivery I received an email to say it would be delivered by Riyal Mail (not advertised as letterbox flowers) by 7.30pm which was bad enough as normally flowers are delivered in the morning to preserve freshness. On the day of the scheduled delivery I received an email that said ‘due to adverse weather conditions’ the flowers would be delivered the next working day. What adverse weather conditions? I live close by and could have delivered them myself! It’s a bank holiday weekend so by the time they reach their destination they will have wilted. I am absolutely furious and will NEVER use this company again. Buyer Beware!

Not a good experience . Was told by e mail that flowers would be delivered the next day , then told the order was after the cut off time so we’re to be delivered after 2 days , then for e mails saying they were going to be delivered on sat 30 May from Royal mail and e mail from your company to say they would be delivered on 2nd May ! No real explanation and no compensation , just a justification of your company’s differing e mails etc . Not impressed

I definitely will not be using Haute again. I ordered the 24hr flowers which arrived a day late to an office where nobody was working Saturday. When I called to try and track, I got absolutely nowhere. Now it’s the bank holiday weekend I will have to wait until Tuesday to try and resolve. I will also have to purchase flowers elsewhere and send again!

I had ordered a bouquet flowers 2 days ago with that company , delivery by Royal Emal be missed because the officer post office doesn’t wait 2 min more he’s going straight ways and when I tried to rebook them have after 5 days delivery the flowers been daily and my present was go to bin 🗑️ , I tried to contact the company and Royal email nothing to do that is so bad and ridiculous , I don’t recommend no anyone that and Royal Email it’s rubbish

I ordered flowers to be delivered on the 23rd of April, for the first anniversary of my friend's precious mother's passing. They flowers did not arrive that date. Apparently yesterday they were put in her shed, no note on her door saying this. She found them as she went into the shed to collect an Amazon delivery today. The roses are wilted and discoloured. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. how much it would have meant to her to receive them on the day I asked for them to be delivered

My flowers never arrived, days later I had to text my niece and ask if she received them, she didn’t so I missed her special day! Haute telling me it happens.. well that’s not good us it? So let’s see if the flowers arrive tomorrow days late and on a working day when no one home.. I won’t use Haute again as unreliable and not great customer service.

Do not purchase from this company You will be making a big mistake if you do The flowers are dispatched via Royal Mail and they sent them to the wrong town. Royal Mail sent email confirming delivery today (a day late ) no such delivery!!!!!!!had the gall to offer £5 !!!!!!

I booked the flowers for my best friend on the 15th April and arranged for delivery the day before her mother's funeral on the 19th.She did not get them .Told they would be delivered today 20th which was the day funeral and nobody obviously at home. Now coming the day after the funeral. Furious. I couldn't attend due to work.and I so wanted the flowers there the day before.Sent a message and and received no reply about poor service

Next day delivery is a joke. No Sunday deliveries. Would not use this company ever again, stick to local and more personal florists.

After placing my first order with Haute Flowers and specifically choosing a delivery date, the flowers were delivered a day early. Fantastic delivery except the flowers were left outside for over 35 hours as the recipient was not in the property. After contacting customer service, I was told (very abruptly) nothing can be done about my now very dry and wilting order as it was down to Royal Mail. Would not use again - 1st time and the last.

I sent a bunch of flowers to a friend of mine who had just lost her mother. Haute Florist did not deliver the flowers on the day I requested. They didn’t even contact me to say that the flowers didn’t ship. If I hadn’t asked them why I didn’t receive a shipping notification, I doubt they would have ever shipped. And how would I ever know that Haute Florist just took my money and did nothing. I am very, very disappointed and urge anyone reading this to use a different florist if it is an important occasion.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery. They arrived 3 days later. Haute’s only explanation was they reserve the right to delay delivery to Northern Ireland or islands. The fact they accepted a next day delivery order for Northern Ireland and took my money is one thing, the fact that poor quality flowers arrived late is another. No offer of rectifying the problem, just an offer of £10 CREDIT. I won’t be using this company again, so why would I want a credit? I wanted and paid for FRESH flowers to be delivered NEXT DAY as per the order confirmation. neither was the case. Poor poor POOR!!
