Ordered these for 2 days time received a call from person receiving the flowers to say they forgot they were away the next morning. Called the company straight away to get the delivery date changed. They refused to change it, so have now wasted over £40 on flowers that will not be received!!! Will not be using this company again!! Very unhelpful and will go back to using a local florist in the area as of wherever I am sending to!! Choosing local is always best don’t know why I changed! But thought I would give them a try.

Hello, i placed an order for delivery on Sunday 28th May, my Stepmother’s birthday. At no stage was I told that this would not be the case. The flowers have still not been delivered, and have been sitting with Royal Mail since Saturday so I dread to think how they will look when they are eventually delivered. I have asked for a full refund but have only been offered a refund on the delivery cost which is not acceptable. Totally unacceptable.

Very disappointed to not get the flowers on the day I ordered them for a special occasion and they offer you £5 compensation to use for more flowers from a company who. failed to deliver in the first place - totally unacceptable

The flowers were not delivered when promised and customer service was appalling. No one to speak to, just automated responses. Would not use again

The flowers are sent by Royal Mail. They have a standing instruction to not deliver without signature. They don’t deliver on a Sunday so the flowers I ordered Friday , failed to deliver Daturfay because no signature available and are now dying in a Royal Mail sorting office awaiting delivery tomorrow. Ugh !!

The flowers were not what was advertised. The flowers were much smaller in size and mostly consisted of green leaves in volume. They were also wilting within 24 hours and had to be thrown away after several days.

The quality of the flowers is poor. I ordered a medium-sized bouquet but the reality is that it is very small. Very disappointed

Even though I yearly subscription for next day delivery, it took 56 hours for my flowers to be delivered. They arrived half dead, message was written incorrectly and like it had been written by a 5 year old. £10.00credit for future flowers given which doesn't compensate for the disappointment of a bad gift that was meant to bring a bit of joy to my daughter.

Do NOT rely on them to deliver flowers on time. Customer service girl was nice and understanding but her manger offered a pathetic refund of £5.99

Poor service, flowers never arrived, offered refund only for the postage which is £4 since flowers didn't get delivered, £40 out off pocket Very disappointed don't shop with this company

I bought flowers for my wife to mark the anniversary of her father passing away, upon arrival on Thursday some of the greenery couldn't be used and it's now Saturday and half of the flowers are dying. This is unacceptable after less than two days and I shall not be using Haute in the future. Bitterly disappointing for such an important occasion and for the best part of £50.

Paid £50 for bouquet next day delivery 3 days ago still nothing and now they will not be able to deliver to that address as no one there for 2 days. Flowers will be dead if they ever arrive. Refused me a refund, absolutely disgusting!!!

Next day delivery apparently does not mean next day delivery. Absolutely rubbish. The flowers did not arrive on my mum's birthday. No update. No pro-active apology. No refund. Apparently deliveries to Scotland take an extra day. God knows why- it's Edinburgh not Orkney. Maybe explain on the website that you cannot do next day delivery to Scotland.

They offer next day all over the website and even in the Google search, and at no point suing the booking do they say it may be delayed but then don’t deliver the next day and then hit you with Poot 7.bla bla bla of the T&C’s no refund Shop local
