It's such a shame that your social media posts and website suggest such high quality flowers and yet in real life they're very disappointing and not worth the money. I'm sorry to write a negative review, but despite a number of emails to complain, no-one from your customer service team is responding to me. I will not be using you again and will be recommending to any friends, family, and colleagues that they avoid you too.

Very poor bouquet and not anything like the image as described. Poor customer service. Not interested in feedback. Would not recommend. Much better service elsewhere.

What a disappointment - I bought from Haute for more than a couple of years on a bi-weekly basis - I complained about the last delivery that I received (flowers were basically dead after 2-3 days). After a few messages with their 'not very helping' customer service, they offered me £10 discount (the flowers cost me more than £30) for my next order. After years of loyalty, I will move to one of their competitors. Shame!

Sadly I have not had a positive experience, the flower that arrived did not resemble the bouquet chosen, which was roses and Lilly's - so much foliage and not many lilies with one Lilly broken on arrival, arrived Wed and one rose is already dead.

Next day delivery did not happen . On the day they delivered flowers were very dry and nearly dead . Disappointed service for a birthday gift

These flowers were not received by the recipient and the tracking information says it’s been returned to sender! I am so upset my friend didn’t receive them at a time when she really needed to know we were thinking of her.

I'm very disappointed with the "Antique Elegance" that I ordered for my girlfriend's graduation ceremony. The flowers were obviously not fresh and already wilting when I received them this afternoon.

I was very disappointed by "Summer sunflowers" which I ordered for my daughter and son-in-law's wedding anniversary. The mix of flowers was not as shown in the illustration - mostly leaves, hardly any golden rod and just 6 sunflowers two of which were already wilting and the rest never opened properly depsite proper care. The response to my complaine was an automated and patronising treatise on how to care for cut flowers. The second response said it was now more than 3 days since the deliveryso they could not deal with it. I declined the offer of a £10 voucher since I will not be using their service again.

Really, really poor service. Paid for next-day delivery. Didn't arrive - it appears it was delivered to the wrong address from the photograph I eventually received from the couriers - customer service didn't respond apart from repeatedly responding by emailing the same pro-forma email asking for my contact details, which I repeatedly gave. Avoid at all costs.

This company does even deserve a one! Please don't waste your money on their flowers. They wilt after 2 days and are expensive! I ordered 2 bouquets on separate occasions and both wilted 2 days later. I contacted customer services but for the 1st bouquet it was just after 3 days which is oit of the time frame so they wouldn't do anything about that one. Other companies send a replacement straight away. For the second bouquet I contacted them within the time frame and despite them admitting the products poor quality, they refused to five me a full refund for the 2nd bouquet. The customer service is appalling. Supermarket flowers last longer than this company's flowers. I was offered a £10 voucher towards my next order but I said I wasn't going to be ordering and wasting more money here but customer services just don't care!. So guys....DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

The red rose hat box arrived with the flowers unevenly arranged, lopsided and wedged at an angle. On approaching customer service they seemed completely disinterested in our lack of satisfaction. Far from a luxury arrangement or service. To be honest feel they have failed to comply with our consumer rights and do not care.

Unfortunately I have had to write a letter of complaint as the flowers I ordered were clearly not fresh and appeared old and dried out. This included photos. I sent this to you yesterday but as yet I have not received a reply.

Poor flowers then poor customer service. The flowers were not in good condition, nor as many as there should have been. Complaints have been met with standard replies disclaiming responsibility and the offer of a £10 voucher which would have meant paying another £24.50 to get a (possibly) better bunch of flowers or (possibly) the same poor quality. Photos of the flowers were sent but ignored. 26% of reviews on Trustpilot give 1 star. Avoid.

Really disappointed and will not use again. Advertised as next day but my friend had to wait three days for the flowers. Added pictures of my order and what I received no where near the quantity of flowers in the bouquet as what I expected for a £30 bunch of flowers.

The shipping of the flowers was delayed causing me to change my plans for the rest of the day. I desperately needed to use the flowers booked for my graduation ceremony. The quality of the flowers shipped over varies. This led to my further disappointment after the delay. Most of the peonies were still in bud and did not look like they were going to bloom. The quality of opening of some of the better flowers was also unsatisfactory. The flowers I received did not match the pictures on the website.

Really disappointed that delivery date was missed by 2 days.... If it isn't possible to cover all UK areas, why not use postcode software to flag this with customers when details are entered on the web-site and before they pay? It really doesn't matter how good the flowers and gifts are if the date is wrong. The receipt for the purchase has both the delivery postcode and the 'requested delivery date' - really poor that these two bits of information aren't linked in your system.
