I got the address wrong. Let them know, got an email saying they would look into it and never heard from them again. My fault for wrong postcode but they were not helpful.

I placed an order on 4th for delivery on 5th. Nothing has been delivered. Phone message says your offices are closed even though I've called every day during working hours. Your chat bot on website says I'm number 1 in the queue and someone will be with me shortly and I wait for over an hour so clearly there is no live person managing your customer service desk. And no-one has responded to the 2 emails I have sent. This is dreadful. I spent £90.98 on an order for an 80th birthday gift. It's is so disappointing that you didn't fulfil on time and still haven't! How do I get a refund please. Order is hf_167506.

Dreadful Service. Told attempted delivery but no card left or left with neighbours (in all day waiting!). Flowers delivered dead almost 2 weeks later!!

The flowers I ordered were extremely disappointing. They were very damaged so have the buds had fallen off or were snapped, the stems were extremely short for lillies and for the price I paid I got 4 very sad and joyless stems which was a great disappointment as they didn’t even resemble what the photos suggested I would receive, or even close too. They were for a NewYears day birthday gift so was too embarrassed to give them. Very upsetting.

Very disappointed. I ordered flowers to say thank you for a lovely Christmas which where to be delivered to a family member who lives in a pub. Not happy at all as flowers have still not been delivered & been told as the companies courier does not reconcise the address, even though on Royal mail website, I will not receive a refund either & still no flowers.

I ordered two bouquets for delivery on 22 December. The first did not arrive until late on 23rd. No apology. The second arrived on time. Looked beautiful until the 24th when 6 out of the 12 roses died. I complained by email, eventually got a reply and was promised a new bouquet even though I asked for a refund. The bouquet has not materialised nor a refund. I have contacted company by email, by messenger,on Facebook everything ignored. The first bouquet cost £30 and the second £50.

Placed an order for next day delivery to send birthday flowers to a friend. Order details all confirmed. Received an email the following day saying the item ordered is out of stock. I have now missed my friends birthday as too late to order elsewhere. Haute florist advised me to choose another bouquet for delivery 5 days after the birthday. Another email advised me to track the status of the order for delivery with Royal Mail? A total shambles of a service. I have requested a refund and have been advised I will receive this in 3-5 days. Let’s hope this works. The birthday has now passed with no flowers. Avoid this company and go with interflora . I don’t normally write reviews but this was a wash out.

I ordered flowers for a friend who’s dad died, said next day delivery 2 days ago, still no flowers and can’t get in touch with anyone from this company, I’ve sent 5 emails and no response, won’t let me track order number, is it a legitimate company?so disappointed, do not use

Are you serious, "How Did We Do?" Absolutely appalling. I ordered flowers for my lovely Aunt on 30/11/21, for delivery on 23/12/21. Confirmation received. Fast forward to 22/12/21 and an email saying No Can Do. How very professional. Never again.

Flowers arrived a day late for wife’s 50th birthday. No communication, no apology, no explanation. Not surprising they were late as they didn’t dispatch the item until the evening of my delivery date. No explanation why this was either. They also didn’t put the requested card in. Definitely wouldn’t use them again and wouldn’t recommend them to a friend.

Awful experience. Flowers arrived late, damaged and nothing like they were advertised. Communication was awful and I was not able to track my order. Avoid at all costs!!!

Flowers didn’t turn for a 50th birthday, not surprising as the company didn’t even give them to Royal Mail until the day after they were due to be delivered. Customer service not interested but Paypal refunded immediately. Bunch of chaser, owned by Prestige Flowers so not surprised they’re awful really.

Picture of double lilies look lovely thought id treat myself Arrived on date stated but damaged and disappointing, very small lily heads not sure how they are going to be double flowers, stems not very long, some buds broken off Not impressed at all for £30

Ordered a bouquet of flowers as a Christmas gift on the 4th of December for delivery on the 24th December spent 45 pounds, on the morning I attempted to track the delivery of flowers and the tracking number wasnt working emailed at 9:20am to ask what was going on and was told someone would contact me and I received no contact and no flowers have been received. I had to turn up with no Christmas gift on Christmas Day for the host and was utterly mortified

Didn't get my delivery in time and still don't have it. The excuse was adverse weather conditions. It was 12 degrees and sunny where I live at the time. Would never use this company again.

Delivery was late despite a specified delivery day being made over a week prior. Bouquet was very small considering a large was ordered. Worst of many online flower delivery experiences I've had.

Ordered two bouquets at the same time for different dates as the company came higher rated. Both late and of poor quality advise some areas can take an hour extra day. Unfortunately this affects the quality. Will not use again and will stick to local florists in the future
