Flowers ordered for a birthday present. Arrived 4 days late, half dead. Shockingly bad customer service. Said a replacement bouquet would be sent the next day. It arrived 2 days later. Feel so embarrassed at having sent this as a gift. Strongly recommend you read trust pilot reviews for a much more accurate review by real customers.

Flowers and box were damaged on arrival, Flowers were of poor quality, the foliage was dying off, roses were going off. This was a birthday gift for my partner and we were super disappointed with the quality and damaged packaging. It put a spoiler on the day if I'm honest and I felt pretty bad too considering the cost, £55. It was also a challenge to get a refund, the whole day, back & forth with emails!!!! Based on my experience I would not use Haute flowers. Stay clear!!

I was expecting a large bouquet and the flowers were not what I was expecting poor standard quality as if they had run out of flowers it was for what was a special occasion, I even more disappointed when I complained as I was sent a medium bouquet not the large, they can’t even handle this correctly either, making me jump through hoops and wanting to see pictures as if I was lying. Well at least M&S doesn’t let you down. Looking at some reviews I think you need to look at quality control and learn how to deal with customers dissatisfied in the correct manner

Hi. I ordered flowers from your store with order number hf_171561 The quality of received flowers is totally unacceptable as they have faded just after one day. Such display of poor quality and that too as someone's birthday wish is totally not acceptable by such renowned company as it is a symbol of embarrass

Flowers never arrived! Paid for a Sunday delivery for Mum's birthday, due to plans being canceled and having to Isolate. Thought flowers on her birthday would be the best gift. They never turned up despite us paying for Sunday delivery. Checked the shipping and they're still sitting in a depo over 36 hours later! No apology, no update, nothing! If Royal mail is the issue, check your providers before promising a service! Heartbreaking and still no contact!!

AVOID!!! I purchased a large bouquet of flowers, which is two sizes up from the standard bouquet. Upon delivery I found that I had only been sent a standard bouquet. Customer services were only willing to refund the difference even though they'd sent the incorrect item. This was purchased as a gift for a specific day and there was no time for them to deliver the correct item. I requested a full refund which was denied. Extremely poor customer service and breaking of consumer rights.

My sister ordered flowers for my birthday to be delivered on 8th Jan. Did not arrive. Finally delivered on the 12th Jan. Opened box to find a slimy mess of leaves and stalks, brown flowers and drooping stems. Both myself and sister contact them with pictures of the decomposing mess. They agreed to send out another bouquet. Supposed to have arrived today but nothing has arrived. I have sent and received many flower bouquets over the years but I can honestly say I have never encountered such poor service as this. Truely awful.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with Roseate Garden bouquet received as a 60th birthday gift. Roses fully open, crushed marked petals with brown edges. Small flowers buds broken, brown petals and shriveled foliage. Germini and Chrysanthemums dropping petals after 1 day. Worst of all feeling it necessary to tell sender so they don't order from Haute again.

I ordered next day flowers on 21/12/2021 for my friend who had just lost her grandmother. As it was close to Christmas I thought there may be a slight delay but did not expect my friend to wait 9 days to receive them with no communication or update on the delay or when to expect them. When they did arrive they looked thrown together and past their best. I also paid extra to have them upgraded to a large bouquet but what arrived was somewhat smaller than the picture which was described as a medium bouquet. I have contacted customer services and received an automated email informing me that I would hear back within 3 days. It's now a week later and yet again there has been no communication. Really disappointing as the previous bouquet I ordered from here were lovely. For £45 I wish I just ordered from a local florist.

I ordered the £60 Venice bouquet. What was delivered was not representative of the photo on their website. Paige from customer services initially offered a resend, but back-tracked on this after speaking to a colleague of hers, stating that the correct bouquet had been sent. My order did not include any Vanda Black Orchids. Apparently the photo on their website is of their medium bouquet, but my £60 was only for a standard size. Their website makes no mention of this. Pretty poor customer service. Have used Haute Florist quite a lot but won't be placing any further orders with them. Would have loved to include my photo but this review doesn't allow it!

Beautiful flowers however pointless when they arrive the day after the delivery date/ date of event. Ordered flowers Wednesday night for delivery Saturday. Ordered for my son’s engagement for him to present to his future mother in law. Caused undue stress and embarrassment as waited til 6pm and turned up late. No tracking information supplied. Customer service disgusting as no phone number to call and haven’t had the decency to reply to any emails. Will never use this site nor prestige gifting who Haute use for delivery. Neither will I recommend either company to anyone.

First the order did not arrive on the day that they stated it would and so I emailed to cancel. I did not receive a response. It then arrived the next day without the card I had carefully composed. Customer service has ignored my emails. Furthermore, the orchid was way smaller than the picture led me to believe. I would not use this company again and I would not recommend this company, and I send flowers regularly.

I would not order any flowers from this company again. I paid for next day flowers for my daughter in law - they have never arrived and my emails to the company remain unanswered. I would suggest if you are thinking of ordering from Haute Flowers you visit Trustpilot reviews first and don't waste £30 as I have

Ordered flowers for next day delivery. Got a message from Royal Mail saying delivery had been attempted but the door was not rung and we were in the house by the front door. Can’t get hold of anyone at Haute and next delivery date available is Tuesday. Absolute shambles and really disappointing. Won’t be using the service again

delivered a completely different bouquet than ordered. I politely questioned why I hadn't been notified and received an automated reply about delayed delivery ( it wasn't delayed, just wrong). Response also said my query would be closed. Very disappointed, wouldn't recommend, wont use again.
