Flowers were ordered as guaranteed for delivery on a valentines. They failed to deliver them on Valentine’s Day. On raising the complaint I was told that they were late because I “lived in Scotland”.

I ordered orchids for my daughter's birthday. They lasted a week and started to drop all flowers. I cannot understand how professional florist put orchids in a dirt in a pot without a hole. Naturally plants started to rot. It looks like company really does not care about plants. Just assemble, sell and deliver. I paid £40 for them and was sure that they will bloom for at least a month and have them as plants for many years. Sadly I was wrong. I hope company will have decency to refund this purchase.

My valentines order, scheduled to be delivered on 14.02 arrived 2 days earlier and completely wrong order. To make things worse flowers delivered were poor quality or looked like they had been attacked by frost

Flowers were A Lot smaller in person than described on the website, the roses have started to droop after 24 hours - not going to use again

Received a Birthday Gift of flowers 2days after the due delivery date, flowers were in very poor condition, these flowers had been ordered 3 weeks prior to the projected delivery date. Would not recommend this company.

i dont normally leave reviews, however last week i ordered flowers last Thursday and they didn't arrive till sunday, as you can imagine they where pretty much dead! anyway cut story short! on the following monday they issued a refund its now 5 working days passed and still no refund back in to may account, no apology ...so will chase again next week.

If I could have I’d have given 0 stars. 4 days on from ordering, there was no delivery received. Money taken from account, order confirmation received. Attempted to get help on the website’s chat to be told no order exists and a representative would contact me. Did this happen… no. So the next day I attempted again to get in contact, was then told that I’d missed the cut off point for next day delivery although the website says 10pm and my order was placed around 6pm. I questioned this and was told that they changed it to 6pm this week due to Valentine’s Day (convenient that) no mention of this in terms and conditions anywhere. Even if I had missed the 6pm it was still 2 days that had passed with no delivery. All that was offered is for them to be sent out the next day (which couldn’t be guaranteed) due to the courier or refund. No apology or nothing. If your ordering for a special occasion do not rely on this company.

Stay away from this company. They advertise a phone number which repeats a message that opening hours are Mon-Fri from 9am and then says lines are closed. You cannot get a hold of them, they don't respond to chat or email. £50 bouquet of flowers should have been delivered yesterday (I got confirmation email confirming delivery date) and not even dispatched yet. So they have my money and the recipient doesn't have their gift. I have no way of contacting them for a refund. Will be reporting them to trading standards.

The flower you sent me is very small and not like the photo at all. I ordered white you sent me pink. I emailed you three times saying if it's small cancel my order, you even didn't reply and you don't have phone line to answer. Not happy at all

Definitely avoid. I looked on the website and their photos are of medium bouquets. I ordered a large bouquet on 26/01 (£45) for delivery on 28/01 but think the recipient only received a small one. Also, the flowers were only handed to Royal Mail at 17.28 on 27/01 so were not delivered until 29/01 - a day late. Most embarrassing for me, as it was a gift. I requested a full refund, however they blamed Royal Mail and offered me a £5 voucher or refund instead! Dreadful customer service.

Looked on the website and their photos are of medium bouquets, I ordered the large and think I actually received a small one. I've emailed customer services four days ago and still haven't heard back from them so definitely won't be ordering from them again and would advise everyone else to avoid them!

Very disappointing, my order for my daughter's birthday was taken next day delivery were taken including payment. Then later I have received e-mail from partner company that this is impossible to deliver due to country when my daughter lives, Australia. I am surprised in this case why actually order to Australia was taken at all? Will appreciate you reply, the order number is: Order number: hf_176658 Because of time spent for all this my daughter will miss her Birthday flowers and present. The flowers that were delivered didn't look close to what I ordered online - very disappointed. I have sent pic and screen grab for what was sent and what I thought was going to be sent, to customer service two days ago - yet to hear back. The bouquet not only looked completely different in colour, and in the flowers that were supposed to be included, but it was tiny in comparison to the images online (which are a medium, which is the size I bought). Very very very very disappointed overall.

Firstly they sent the wrong flowers. These were damaged. They quickly rectified it and sent the correct ones out. These were also damaged with buds hanging off, buds ripped off the stem, leaves curled and browning at the edges, petals browning on the outside. Nope, will not be using these guys again!
