Very efficient and beautiful flowers. I ordered them and 9.50pm the evening before and they came next day in the afternoon. Would use them again and recommend too

I ordered a bouquet of tulips and hyacinths but no hyacinths in it if you did not have hyacinths then I would have preferred another flower not more tulips

The flowers were lovely although didn’t look quite as nice as the photo online. My sister was nevertheless delighted with them

Flowers were as shown and described on the website, and customer service was responsive and helpful. There should be some kind of dispatch/delivery update on the day of delivery though. I had to chase the company to get any delivery information on the morning it was expected.

The package arrive safely nice presentation,was Valentine early surprise I left the package for my partner to open ,she was thrilled ☺️ Four stars ( coming from me) the tip of the tulipe buds were a bit pale .

Really disappointed with the service. I ordered flowers and candles to be delivered to Australia on 27/01/24 today it’s 7/2/24 NOTHING has been delivered. No communiction what so ever. DONT USE THIS SERVICE.

I sent "sympathy flowers" for which the recipient was very pleased. The only downside was that he had great difficulty in finding who the flowers had come from. I think that messages should be much clearer.

Only just placed first order - The images lookk great but I wasn't overly please about the delivery charge on top of what are quite expensive flowers - I continued with the purchase as I do like the hat boxes
