Just shockingly bad ! Bad flowers broken roses brown leaves absolutely horrendous ! Said they would send a second bunch sadly worse than the first

Brown wilted flowers, please avoid. Bought for mothers day and was a £45 bunch, sent photos and only given £15 refund after much deliberation. very disappointed looking flowers as well as not pleased with what I sent for my mum. Would not recommend at all

Website advertises next day delivery flowers. Flowers have been in a depot for 2 days now and they are not being delivered. You can’t reach them on weekends so it’s a false advertisement!

Definitely won't be using Haute florist again! I ordered a bouquet of tulips for my mum and instead she received a random bouquet consisting of roses and greenery and some other pink flowers, but no tulips! Haute did send out another bunch FOC but they didn't come on the day they said

Not as pictured! The bunch my recipient received was not the size of the one pictured (see pics) after complaining I was offered a £15 credit but sadly that will be useless to me as I will never order from Haute again. Left disappointed and embarrassed

Absolutely terrible You made mistakes, didn’t own up to them and ruined our plans for my daughters birthday and on top of that offered me £15 compensation for a £95.00 order. I would never order from you again, sort out your supply chain and process information correctly.

Flowers that were delivered were an absolute disgrace. My mother was mortified that I spent £55 on what was a basic bunch of flowers with some roses. The bouquet was tiny and the flowers were half wilted, and worth no more than £20. I implore you before thinking of using this company, to use a local florist instead, to get fresher flowers and not be ripped off by this company.

WORST customer service ever! Taken big payment from my order, to yet not deliver and not willing to refund after contacting them several times. Shambles!

We rely on the customer to supply us with the correct address to deliver the flowers to and if the address you gave us is invalid, incorrect or incomplete then this may result in the delivery being either delayed or delivered to an incorrect address. When the flowers arrived there were roses with brown petals and lillies that were only buds . I contacted the florist who didn’t address the issue with the roses but told me that the lillies were sent as bids for reasons of “longevity” and when they start to bloom the bouquet would look as advertised. However , a week later and the roses are dead and dying and only one Lilly has even started to bloom. I sent pictures and the florist accuses my mother of not cutting the stems as per the care guide. My mother always does this and has prior experience with floristry. Please be aware that if you receive a substandard bouquet as my mother did , customer care will be full of excuses but nothing will be done to set this right . The flowers were far more expensive than supermarket flowers I could have bought and are far inferior to any supermarket bouquet. Myself and my mother are very disappointed and I will not use this florist again and would not recommend it to anyone. I would suggest you use bloom & wild as I’ve had fabulous flowers from them.

Second time I've ordered from this company and second time they've had poor service. First time I ordered they missed the delivery date which I paid for. They then said there was a mistake on their system which meant it wouldn't have been sent out without me chasing it and then didn't even give so much as an apology. Second time I've ordered and I ordered a large bunch of flowers when I received a thank you picture the bunch was definitely not large, some fo the flowers were different to the pictures and the flowers were not fresh (probably because they are not in water when delivered). I will not be using this company ever again as I feel that they purposely send smaller bunches that don't look like what you ordered in the hope that you never see them as the person on the other end wouldn't know what you ordered.

The experience was very poor to the extent I have requested a refund and still haven’t received a refund which I asked for. I paid for an eco vase and didn’t receive it. The bouquet on the website showed six pink roses my wife received 3 and not much else . I could have bought better from a high street store for half the price and better quality flowers. As you can see from the pictures the difference is huge. Still not received refund.

Unable to meet stated delivery date (Friday before mothers day). Really disappointed, they blamed courier and stated their own policy is the flowers can be up to 3 days late for Highlands of Scotland! Doesn't wash though as I ordered well in advance yet the flowers only got to Royal Mail in Northampton 7pm Thursday for a Friday delivery in the Highlands! Was it going directly by helicopter? Delivery was immediately shown as Saturday but that date went and finally they were delivered the Monday after mothers day... As others have stated, Customer Service is non existant. £10 offered as reduction on future purchase, but why would I ever use again if service cannot be met. Will never use again and advise others to avoid.

Would never use this service again. Very disappointed in the overall service as the mothers day flowers were a day late in delivery despite being ordered in plenty of time. The reason given was they were being delivered to Northern Ireland which takes longer despite having this information readily available when ordered. Also, the other reason/excuse was that they despatch the flowers to ensure maximum freshness even though the delivery timeframe would have been the same. I just felt fobbed off and this appeared a well-rehearsed script they followed. The customer service advisor was less than helpful stating that the terms and conditions I signed indicated there was no guarantee of delivery on the date requested, offering me the £4 delivery charge refund. Something I declined. So, to escalate this further, I had to email the customer enquiries myself as this was something they were unable to do on my behalf. I have had no contact from customer enquiries since my initial complaint 2 days ago despite being advised I would hear from them within 24 hours. Never again

Very disappointed with this florist and would not recommend. I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they did not arrive until the Monday after. As you can imagine this was very upsetting. I complained and was told the chosen date is not guaranteed which is shocking for a florist. They can deliver it up to 3 days after. If you want flowers delivered on a chosen day do not use this florist. Customer service is also terrible and took 3 days for an apology

They took my money, screwed up the delivery address, a combination of my address & my Mother's address. They lied about why they hadn't turned up, then took them 3 days to find out what had happened, after constant badgering by me. Now no flowers for my 83 year old Mother on Mother's Day, no refund of the £35, just an offer of a £15 voucher. My advice is to steer clear of them.

Ordering was simple but flowers arrived dead, wilting and no contact number. These were for Mother’s Day so very embarrassed and disappointed as usually use another supplier but thought I’d give them a try.

Worse service ever received! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and didn't even receive them! It ruined the whole occasion! Disgraceful company! Take people's money and don't bother answering emails etc., or delivering the orders on time?! Avoid at all costs!
