Ordered Flowers for Mothers Day 1 week prior, spending £50 on a large Bouquet, waited all day and they never arrived. Tried desperately to get in touch with Haute, but no answer from their phone. Spoke via web-chat and was passed on to 4 separate people all extremely unhelpful, saying that they won't refund, it's all down to Royal Mail and I MUST now accept the flowers (when they finally arrive) as they will probably be perished. I will never use this company again. The customer service is appalling.

No flowers arrived for my mum for Mother’s Day , all paid and no response except a generic response email asking if I was satisfied from 2 emails. Poor show.

Sadly I have to say that I was not happy with the flowers I ordered-291070 - for mothers day! I spent a lot of money on these to cheer her up and they only lasted 24hrs they look dead.... please see pic below!! Based on these pics I would expect a replacement to be sent out as a good will gesture!! My mum was so upset it ruined her day!! Regards Sasha

Absolutely shocking. Ordered for delivery on Saturday, to make sure they were here for Mothers Day, alas like all the other reviews over the last few days on Trustpilot… they have not arrived. Emailed to which they responded that it can take an extra day to deliver to ‘hard to reach areas’, sorry Northern Ireland is not Timbuktu. But whatever. Told them that answer was not gonna hit it with me, if they knew it would take longer to reach (going by their automated email and their cut & paste responses- they were well aware) then they should SENT IT OUT A DAY EARLIER. I ordered over a week in advance and was able to select any date i wished, so WHY offer a select date for delivery if they aren’t coming on that day!? So after much back and forward they offer me a £4 refund… £4. Shocking, so not only have the flowers still not arrived (which are now TWO days late and not the one day they are trying to pawn me off with) but i had to go and buy alternative flowers so my mother wasnt left empty handed. As you can imagine getting nice (nevermind decent) flowers on the day of mothers day that was fun… Still in correspondence with the company (customer service is shocking but i will not give up) as i expect a full refund but they keep sending the same cut & paste responses back, asked for management yesterday and they’ve finally came back to me and by god were they not worse to deal with. I quote, ‘ We will not be refunding your order’ ‘ please feel free to dispute this payment with your card provider’. Horrific customer service. Boycott this company, would give 0 stars if i could

The roses were on their last legs, the freesias stems were cut too short, the fern decoration were dropping their needles, and no flower food, just because it was for Mothers day doesn't mean you shouldn't care. Very disappointed with my Mothers Day flowers my daughter bought from you. Have told her never to buy from you again if this is the quality. Very sad as a florist you treat flowers in this way! And they weren't cheap!!

Disappointed. Flowers did not look like the picture at all! Very sparse and looked pitiful in a small vase. Not worth the money! I would have got better quality and quantity from my local petrol station for less money! Never buying flowers from this site again!

My flowers were order for delivery on the 18th March in preparation for Mother’s Day . They still haven’t been delivered and it’s 18.20 on Sunday 19th .

Please DON’T order Mother’s Day flowers from these people. It’s a scam, they left my Mother’s Day flowers at the depot for 48 hours, they arrived dead and then refused to help. Customer ‘service’ were extremely unhelpful. AVOID!

Birthday package worth £90 arrived a full day late with no explanation and all the customer service rep could do was emphasize the non refund policy. I might as well have been interacting with a robot. Utterly disappointed by the service and will definitely never recommend or use this service again.

I will never use this company again! I bought the double flowering lilies they turned up and you get more stems from a supermarket. Then my friend sent me a photo and they are all dead and not flowered. No refund as not reported within 3 days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DREADFUL COMPANY

The flowers I ordered were nothing like the illustration on your website. I asked for medium and they were such a small bunch of flowers! I could have spent half the money and got better in a supermarket. Very dissatisfied and won’t be using again nor recommending!

Unfortunately I had a terrible experience. I was sending birthday flowers to a young friend at end of life in a hospice. The flowers didn’t arrive but what was worse was the customer service. They didn’t deal with it at all and just told me to ‘ask neighbours where they were’. We live 400 miles away and sure the hospice staff have for better things to do than hunt down lost flowers. The lack of empathy by Aaron in customer services was shocking. They refused to refund saying they had ‘been delivered’ and suggested I take it up with Royal Mail. Obviously this is an emotional time and I felt that was petty. After much searching for a non existent phone number I worked out it was the same trading company as prestige flowers and called their customer services. No answer after several rings. So I tried sales. And surprise surprise they picked up. Eventually a better operative re sent the flowers - 48 hours after the birthday. We will see if those actually arrive. Wouldn’t use and wouldn’t recommend.

Avoid this company. Flowers died within three days and would not offer any money back. Also stated we needed to raise a complaint within 3 days to get refund. Hard to do this when the Flowers were a gift !
