My first experience with Haute florist was last year and I was pleased with the service. However, this time I have ordered Ferrero rose hatbox on the 7th of February and paid for next day delivery and was supposed to receive it on the 15th depending on the information provided in the app. I was very disappointed to hear from Royal Mail that I won’t be receiving it until the 16th. This has totally ruined my day as I had to take a day off work and spoiled all my plan preparations.

Hi as today’s its Valentine’s Day you’re drivers should be more friendly when they delivery they flowers you guys should hire professional people not miserable people with they’re negativity attitude they should ring the bell in place not bash the doors the flowers they were nice not that great so for today will be just 1 star ⭐️ unfortunately i would love to not add any off it of my wife experience today from the miserable delivery guy

My experience with Haute Flowers was a sad disappointment & very embarrassing. I was badly let down with the "Purity" bouquet that I ordered for a close family funeral. The floral arrangement looked nothing like the picture on their website. I paid extra for a medium display but the reality was a pathetic, thin bunch. Cream roses with browned outer leaves, obviously passed their best, gypsophilia half dead & lilies with small, tight buds. It was terrible & I will never trust Haute flowers again. I gave Haute flowers ample time to respond to my complaint but they were extremely difficult to communicate with & I gave up, which is probably what they wanted. I get the impression that Haute flowers is all about a showy website & " as seen in Vogue" boasts. It is unacceptable to take people's money in return for shabby goods & service. I hope my bad experience will deter people from using this online florist. Definitely not to be trusted ; special occasion flowers carry a lot of emotion, hope & trust. Haute flowers should be ashamed of themselves.

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Delivery did not arrive on the requested day for my Mum's birthday. Email response I received stated 'We are not able to guarantee a delivery date because deliveries are executed by a third party'. This should have been made clear on the website when placing my order when I was allowed to pick my delivery day!

Absolutely devastated to pay £77.00 for a large bouquet with chocolates and I could of got a larger bouquet from the local garage shop ,had broken flowers crushed luxury chocolates also they are dying already , they have offered me a £10.00 voucher which in truth I have told them not to bother as I would never buy from them again as I feel totally ripped off

Flowers have not arrived. Apparently they are being sent via Royal Mail and got re-routed?? Why on earth use Royal Mail at the moment with all the strikes/delays. Have missed my friend's 60th birthday now so very disappointed. Just praying she doesn't receive them all wilted or dead. I'd never use this Company again!!

Avoid at all cost! They sent the flowers with Royal Mail. After failing to deliver twice (the flowers will be in transit for 3 days and therefore dead) they refuse to cancel and issue a refund. Horrible service and horrible company - not trustworthy

Shockingly awful. I ordered next day delivery and got an email from Royal Mail saying it would be four days later. Which is no good for flowers and no good for the reason I ordered them. Contacting customer service is difficult. And they offer nothing. I have asked for a refund three times now and they are ignoring that question totally. Awful Company. I would never use them again

The flowers were ordered Thursday evening, flowers were meant to be delivered on Sat 4th Feb, Royal Mail not delivered flowers as yet Sunday 5th February 1am

The flowers were meant as a surprise for somebody but you sent the verification email and amount the flowers cost to the person who wasn't meant to know.

Absolute scam. I would avoid at all cost. Delivery arrived late and flowers were dying. Bouquet was half the size they should have been and the customer service is worse than awful.

An absolute shambles. Wrong bouquet delivered and flowers half dead. To add insult to injury they would not refund me but sent a replacement bouquet to the wrong address. Never never use this company
