Well the next day flowers still haven’t been received by the birthday recipient and it’s not two days after her birthday, no response to my first chaser and chased again

I paid and didn’t receive anything, I didn’t get a refund, I didn’t get my item, support wasn’t helpful. This is complete the bottom, avoid this company.

You need to be careful, they will do everything to not deliver the goods and will take your money, you will end up with nothing and no refund will be given. It’s company to avoid, find something else

The flowers did not arrive on the scheduled day (and missed my mother's birthday). The bunch was half the size shown in the photo on the website. The petals had already started to turn brown, (I wouldn't have bought that bunch at a petrol garage for £5 never mind the £40 I paid), and they offered me no refund for the lateness or for dying flowers. Horrible company, zero customer service.

Ordered flowers to be delivered, didn’t receive a dispatch email with tracking number. Recipient wasn’t in when attempted delivery. Royal Mail returned to sorting office. No way to enter a safe place or neighbour to leave flowers with as no tracking number. Attempted re-delivery took TWO DAYS. Roses dead. Haute not interested, accepted no responsibility and insisted Royal Mail should send tracking info. Next time I will make sure to go with a local florist.

So, ordered a valentines gift which of course you pay over the odds for. It didn’t arrive until the next day. I flagged it to the customer service department however I was greeted with lots of automated messages about tracing but no tracking link supplied. Items was delivered the next day I thought i’d get around to letting them know I wasn’t happy. During this time the flowers died after 3 days! I made contact with them but was informed as I didn’t let them know within 3 days of delivery I had no room to raise an issue. I was offered 10% off my next order. On the back of this response there will be no next order. Didn’t even offer to reduce my item to the “ non valentines costs”. Totally not happy and let friends and family know also.

What a disappointment. The flowers were late, extremely poor quality and not what was ordered. When I questioned this, I was sent a list tips, without answering my complaint. I even paid extra for the biggest bunch. I have added pictures of what I purchased and what I received I cannot recommend Haute Florist through Prestige Gifting, and I will not be using them again. Very poor service

Theives, they took my payment without delivering the order to my sick daughter a week ago. Now blaming the issue on insufficient address, no door number or street name. Really!!! Then why didn't they contact me to check. I chased them wondering where her flowers were. If you don't believe how unprofessional they are please check trust pilot there are a bunch of bad reviews about this company on there to back this up. They should be sued or shut down.

My order was delayed from the start when I was told that somehow there was no delivery address even though I put. So the flowers I ordered were of no use as they were not received for the planned date. Then they deliveryman somehow kept missing me even though I was home, gave my number and asked to be delivered the flowers to my neighbour if I was not in. 5 days since I placed my order and didn't get anything.

DO NOT USE, ordered some flowers for Valentine's day bouquet received was half the size of the one shown on their website , the flowers were mouldy and dead, worst bouquet ever ordered, an absolute rip off, will stick to buying flowers from the supermarket in future!!

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Ordered 12 red roses for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day with a bowl vase. They sent the wrong vase and the flowers and foliage were bruised and damaged. I asked for a refund and they offered me a replacement bunch (why would I want any more bruised flowers?!) or £15 credit/refund to shop with them again. No mention of the wrong vase. I want my money back and I’m now having to try and go through my bank to sort it out.

Arrived a day late and very poor quality flowers!! Offered a second set of flowers only for the same thing to happen again!! This time they were two days late!! It's an on ONLINE SCAM!!

Ordered Flowers & chocs to be delivered to my wife at her sisters in Oban for 14th Feb My wife left her sisters around 11am on 15th Feb no sign of her Valentines gifts Gifts arrived at her sisters around 3pm on 15th Feb Valentines Day a complete failure!! You missed it by a mile & I wasted my money

Ordered next day flowers that did not arrive and came a day late. Customer service poor, when I emailed to get an update they said they will look into it, heard nothing back yet.

Absolutely terrible service, ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentine’s Day. To be informed they weren’t arriving until the next day. After bringing this up with customer service I got all but shot down and accused of being a lies, saying that service was fully booked. When asked for a refund was told that wasn’t possible and offered me a £10 voucher of my next purchase! Embarrassing company.

Hello, Sone of the flowers have not come to life & have been thrown away, the roses are now dying & don’t look good. My mum was very disappointed. Their obviously not fresh & past their best before their sent out

Ordered roses on the 2nd of February and selected delivery date for the 13th as we were not going to be in on the 14th. Flowers were left on the doorstep overnight. Roses were damaged and much smaller than those shown in the advert. Won't be using Haute again that's for sure!!

I have no idea yet as 24 hrs on the flowers have still not arrived so guess you need to check your supplier and let me know. I have however already dropped a complaint to your customer services.

Very disappointed, ordered for valentines as the Website said it would arrive. They did not arrive on time I had no tracking to see where my parcel was. Once they arrived a day late which makes them so pointless they were already starting to wilt as they had been in a box for 3 days ! So disappointing for a flower company. The customer service is awful, I emailed several times, messaged their instagram and had to wait forever for a reply. Only for them to tell me it’s not their fault. On top of that when I tried to call them there was no answer several times even though it was during their opening hours.
