“The person I sent the flowers and chocolates to was very pleased and said they were "beautiful and so well presented" so that was nice to hear. The only issue was when I was tracking the delivery on the Royal Mail site it was difficult to see exactly see the address the flowers were delivered to because it only showed the longitude and latitude co-ordinates on the site. When I checked on Google Maps it was different to the co-ordinates of my friends address which was worrying but it did get to her in the end so all was well.”

“The flowers were delivered on the correct day required, were well packaged and nicely presented. My wife was very please with them. However by the second day they are staring to change colour and wilt even though they are in plenty of water.”

“Whilst my delivery wasn't as agreed/paid for, after a few emails back and forth with the company, I received an apology and a full refund - you can't ask for better service than that. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and very true to the images online.”
