“I love your flowers so was delighted that I’d won a money off voucher from you last week. I decided to send a bouquet to my daughter who has been going through a tough time. She was delighted when they arrived and immediately thanked me and sent a photo of the flowers. I was a little surprised to see the roses were fully out on arrival. I’ve just asked her to send me photos of them today and as you will see they are looking very sad two days later. My daughter and her husband both work from home so they keep blinds and curtains closed all day and have fans in the downstairs rooms where the flowers are. I do appreciate that this is a difficult time for flowers with the weather and maybe I shouldn’t have ordered when there was hot weather on the way. Sorry for the negative review but I thought you should know”

“Luckily, the bouquet was delivered safely and my friend was happy about the present. However, it was a very hot day and the florist left it in the porch of the friend house I sent to. At the time of the delivery, if there is no one in the house, I would have liked to phone the receiver to rearrange the time of delivery.”

“Had excellent feedback from recipients of Haute's flowers. On one occasion they were not to standard and Haute sent a replacement. Website easy to use and nicer choice of bouquets than other websites.”

“Flowers arrived in post the following morning despite ordering them late the night before. Packaged excellently and looked really expensive and quality. Only small niggle was the bunch looked a bit small compared to pictures. Would still definitely order again as ver competitively priced.”

“Excellent service, delivery and orchids. I was worried after sending negative reviews but orchids deliver on time in great condition. I have only marked down to 4 stars as orchids are in a vase which does not drain so difficult to water without getting the roots too wet”

“All good and arrived on time. Thx Beautiful flowers . The only issue is that my aunt in her 80s could not find the card I sent with it with all the marketing bumf. It was only when I called her did she realise they were from me. Separate the card from other info ? I have reordered again with you”
