“This review is written after receiving excellent customer service. The flowers I initially received to be honest I was disappointed with. This was my third order and the first two I was sent excellent flowers. I contacted customer service and they resolved my issue within a day. Agreed to send me flowers so on my eyes they turned around an unhappy customer to a very happy one. Thank you Haute”
