“I was concerned because the flowers hadn’t arrived by late afternoon on the specified day. Once I had emailed customer services the situation was sorted and they arrived looking beautiful.”

“Lovely selection of flowers to choose. Arrive when stated. Once Haute Florist forgot to include free message to recipient, so recipient didn’t know who the flowers were from! Informed the company who very quickly apologised & gave me a £10 credit note….much appreciated!”

“I have to admit to being slightly apprehensive after reading previous reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised. Flowers arrived at their destination on time and very fresh. Recipient very pleased and so am I. Photo attached (didn’t come with bottle of gin though)”

“Only reason I give 4 stars is because I didn't see the end result! I must have been good as a friend of theirs asked for the florist! The arrangement and flower type were just as I wanted as a gift. The price was right and delivery really at the right time. Will be using them again!”

“Excellent service, delivered as promised, flowers like picture on arrival. However, most of the the peonies have not opened. The few that were already open have wilted and the 7 other buds have failed to open”

“I ordered the peony tulips as they looked beautiful in the picture but when they arrived they were just normal ones. However when I complained they responded really quickly and offered me a choice of four different bouquets. I was very impressed with their quick action and would use them again.”
