“After seeing loads of bad reviews recently after ordering due to seeing Haute recommended in an article I was skeptical. Ordered a friend a bunch of flowers due to doing our shopping whilst self isolating. Ordered at 21.58pm and arrived 10am the next morning! Beautiful flowers!! Will definitely consider using them again!”

“The recipient was delighted to receive her flowers. However, despite writing a message to be included it was not and all it stated was her name - no message and no sender’s name so she had to call to ask. That spoils the experience…”

“My daughter is delighted with the flowers which I sent for her birthday. They are of excellent quality and arrived mid-morning. My only criticism is that details of the numbers of each variety of flower is lacking on the website. When I asked on the "chat site" what I would get by paying an extra £5/£10, the reply was "more flowers" which wasn't very helpful or professional.”

“I got very scared with the reviews… In the end the flowers were beautiful, they just arrived 1 day later but I guess it’s my fault since I ordered late evening. I would advise to order in the morning to arrive the day after.”

“Plant arrived really quickly. Great plant in good condition and in lovely pot. Only thing missing was a care card for the plant...ie I have no idea how often to water etc”
