I ordered Gracefull Beauty with five different flowers. My sister got sent a bunch of roses. I could have picked these up at a supermarket, very disappointed!

Ordered Valentine’s bouquet now at 20th Feb and nothing received! Only communication through live chat and even then take days to respond to no avail

Absolutely disgraceful. I order a bunch of flowers for Valentine’s Day without reading any of the reviews for this service and I was disgusted with what had been delivered, not only was it embarrassing but a massive disappointment. The flowers looked like they had been organised by a trainee or someone with little to no experience at all, there was absolutely no effort there to make them look presentable. The flowers themselves were withered and the foliage included was dry and also starting to die even though they had just been delivered. It’s safe to say I will never use this service again and I would recommend people read the reviews first before buying anything so they don’t make the mistake I made.

Sadly I ordered flowers to arrive on a Tuesday and by Thursday they still hadn’t arrived and nobody will reply to me. I am incredibly disappointed. Please order flowers for your loved ones with another company

my young daughter bought a bouquet of flowers for me last night and i got them today, and for what she paid she DID NOT get what was shown there was supposed to be 5 carnations four roses and more of other flowers, she got 2 roses and 2 carnations and a sad looking bunch of other flowers, this bouquet looks like the cheap ones they sell at asda for £4.99 TOTAL DISGRACE oh and where it asks if i want to post a picture... it wont let me click on that which doesnt surprise me, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Flowers arrived already showing poor life and died within 48 hours (£50 worth of flowers/roses) Customer services have not yet responded despite raising the issue Tuesday (Thursday now) and having updated the progress of the flowers dying and now being binable within 3 days of arriving... Never had such awful flower quality!

Unfortunately the chocolates that I ordered as part of the valentines delivery for my wife were not in the box. I raised a ticket on Monday 14th Feb but no one has contacted me about it.

Arrived on the wrong day - Flower arrangement was a disaster and half the flowers were either wilted/barely in bloom. When contacted, they offered only a £10 Voucher - What would I possibly do with a £10 Voucher? I don’t even have the energy to chase up a better form of compensation. Wouldn’t recommend.

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines, and yes he did order them a month ago as he is very organised and has the email and details. It’s now the day after and they still haven’t arrived. I feel so sorry for him as he is so disappointed and fuming. I’ve recommended Haut to so many people and used them myself. I will now delete the app and let my friends know what that they are incompetent, uncaring as they haven’t acknowledged him and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!

I spent £ 35 on a bouquet for elderly housebound friend on the next day service to arrive Jan 1st 2022. I rang my friend so she could look out for the courier as she is a bit deaf , doesnt hear the bell always. For days she waited while I spent much time trying to get a human being to come back to me but all I got was mails saying my ticket no. was such and such.No explanation even when i demanded a refund. 12 days later, a totally dead bouquet arrived at my friend's house. By this time not having had any joy re my refund, i had to waste more time going through the Paypal complaints service and only because of this did I get my money back. Without Paypal I would not have had a refund. Do not use this firm! The merchant metrics on this site are fiction.

Flowers delivered 5 days after they should have been, I spoke with them on the day they were due to be delivered and was told i couldn't cancel the order and had to have them delivered and refuse them and would then get refunded 5 days later! I work... the flowers have just been delivered to a neighbour, 5 days after the birthday, i just want them picking up and for my m,oney to be refunded.

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day delivery almost 1 month in advance. Nothing delivered in the day and 24 hours later still await response from the customer service team. What a massive let down… I’ll never trust this organisation with important events again and I’d strongly recommend that for the same money or cheaper you could get a local reliable Florets to deliver the same…
