I ordered peonies for my birthday about 10 days before the "big day" . Now i know that it says they can't guarantee correct day delivery but i was concerned considering the current temperatures. Flowers arrived a day late but then left in the sun- wasn't in that day. The flowers look ok the filler is frazzled and crispy so has little life left. A less than ideal experience and a disappointment on my actual birthday when the rather frivolous treat I decided to give myself didn't turn up.

Beautiful flowers but unfortunately not what was advertised so very disappointing as was for a special sad anniversary .I ordered the advertised medium bouquet but my auntie unfortunately received what I believe was the small bouquet as not all flowers as shown was delivered, £50 for 4 roses,5 carnations and 3 callie lillies.very disappointed. I contacted customer service to be told my photo wasn't clear enough for them to see exactly what was delivered so they gave me £15 credit. But the photo was clear as.

The flowers were nice but the bouquet was very small considering how much was paid for it. Some of the flowers looked as though they were dying. Not sure I’d buy again from here

The flowers I ordered were supposed to be delivered the next day. It was entirely my fault that I didn't read the delivery information properly so I didn't realise the flowers would be sent by Royal Mail, rather than delivered by the florist. Even though the delivery charges on the order page said they were for next day delivery, the flowers were not delivered until the second day. The company I ordered the flowers through did confirm that the bouquet was packed with an aqua pack/liquid gel, but there is still a second day where the flowers reduce in freshness so they won't last as long once delivered. I think I will probably contact a local florist who can deliver directly next time.

The flowers are beautiful and great quality. I’ve scored a three as I didn’t think they were great value for money (I paid extra for a large bouquet) and certainly no better than other online florists I’ve used. I’d expected them to have more of a ‘wow’ factor.

Website is poor. I was sure I added chocolates as ad ons but after contacting customer support, I was advised I did not. I was disappointed.

The recipient said flowers were lovely and beautifully presented but then never sent pictures….. I saw the box. I will not use them again purely because I thought they were local to Spalding and the website didn’t say other. They came from way down south overnight.

The experience was great I may use Haute florist again. The reason why I say “may” is because I would have loved for my bouquet to be fuller. Perhaps an option for extra large flowers for extra £20 should have been present. It was a gift and I was disappointed in the size and I definitely would have been okay paying more. It said £10 for large and I expected Large.

Flowers certainly were not fresh .The outside petals of roses has come away. There were 4 different bouquets, and the colours of your flowers was lovely but it was so noticeable the flowers were not fresh. It really pays to order from a local florist

i was thrilled to recieve these on mothers day they were delivered in a beutiful box and i felt special, they were roses and lillies i read the care instructions and followed them, however a week on the lillies still havent opened and the ones that have are very brown and shriveled, i feel upset i didnt want to say anything to my son as he would be dissapointed

Ordered in advance for delivery on Mother's day. They did arrive on the correct day, however I didn't receive a despatch email so was unsure whether they would arrive or not. The flowers themselves were nice, but was disappointed with the amount and variety compared to the photo on the website. They will probably last another day or two.

Flowers in the box arrived on time. But disappointed with the flower selection compared to the original photos/flowers shown. First time using Haute Florist. Will go back to my usual florist

My daughter ordered a beautiful bouquet for me on Mother's Day. It was delivered on time. I was happy! Today is Tuesday, but already last night half of the flowers withered. Only half of the bouquet was saved. Of these, only 2 roses. I followed all the rules for storing flowers, usually a bouquet costs a week. obviously the flowers in my bouquet were not fresh. it's a pity.

I was so disappointed my mum didn't get her flowers on Mother's day. I had ordered them for that specific date. Don't say you deliver on that date ie a Sunday if you don't. The flowers arrived Monday morning and were beautiful, good size and high quality, despite this delay.
