Wrong order.
Unfortunately, the wrong size of bouquet was sent to a dear friend. When I received a thank you message and images of the flowers in her home, I noticed the side of the arrangement and contacted customer service.
After some back and forth, with me explaining what images are on the website, the customer service representative did inform me that they sent the wrong size. They delivered some additional flowers (not a complete arrangement) to my friend and forgot to mention who it was from.
