“First time I've used Haute Florist. App was problematic and after I tried twice to order twice without success, I resorted to website. Again, discount code wouldn't work - frustrating - lets hope the bouquet arrives!!”

“Delivery was a day late and flowers were in transit for 65 hours. Very disappointed, as they were to say thank you to a NHS professional.”

“I pre-ordered my mothers day flowers 2 weeks in advance so as to get them nice and early on the day! They turned up at 4.30pm, time slot was 4-5 the day was almost gone! Haven't seen flowers but mum said they were nice, not sure if id order again to be honest, only complaint would be the time, if sending a nice jesture to someone i dont suppose time would matter so much.”

“The flowers were lovely but the bunches were quite small. I ordered the Purity and Spring Harmony and they were pretty but quite sparse. Would have expected a lot more for my buck! Delivery was quick and on time though.”

“Two previous bouquets were stunning but I ordered the mother s day tulip bouquet snd it was much smaller with less tulips than shown despite paying extra to receive a bigger bouquet . Very disappointed”

“The original delivery arrived extremely damaged. On discussion with Customer Service (very hard to find contact - ended up using Facebook Messenger) they agreed to send a replacement.”

“My mother was of course pleased to get a big bunch of red tulips for Mother's Day. But they were nothing like what I ordered, which looked to be mixed spring pastels. The inclusion of a red love heart, unbeknownst to me, was grotesquely inappropriate. I won't be using Haute again.”

“I ordered some flowers for my wedding anniversary. And was sent the wrong bouquet. Couldn't get through on the phone. Was on hold for 40 mins. I gave up. Found an email address,and 2 days later got a reply. A week late,my flowers arrived. They are absolutely beautiful.”

“Whilst some of the flowers(especially the roses) were very nice. I was rather disappointed with the quality and quantities with the amount spent. I doubt I would use Haute again.”

“Flowers were a gift for my sister and she called me once received to say they were beautiful! Only downside they were left on her doorstep & I messaged asking go to call Me rather then just leave them ! Luckily they were not taken”

“Flowers were beautiful but the bouquet looked smaller than the image, even though we paid £5 extra for the medium bunch which was advertised as the one in the photographs. We had no despatch or delivery notification so had to check with the recipient as to whether they had arrived. Beautiful flowers but expected a larger bunch for the price.”

“good selection of delivered flowers and dates, but the online payment process is frustrating and obstructive. It took numerous attempts before it would proceed to payment. Where is the telephone contact number ?”

“Good service. Nice quality flowers. Small number of flowers despite ordering large bouquet - the small one must be very small! Overall I felt they were not great value, so wouldn't order again.”
