“I ordered 2 different bunches for a weekend of entertaining. The country wild garden is lovely - but why the twigs in there? They are VERY hard to cut down.... The sunflowers are dropping petals after 36 hours which is a bit disappointing but they will last as long as I need (if not as long as I would want) and again, why the twigs.”

“I have ordered from Haute a couple of times before and have been very happy with the flowers delivered. This time though some of the flowers arrived with broken stems and didn't seem to have received much water as the next day their drooping right over the vase. These were a gift for my mum so I was very disappointed when I saw them the day after they were delivered to her.”

“I ordered some flowers for a friends birthday. They were delivered on time which was great but unfortunately were almost dead. Emailed to complain and was sent out a new batch the next day which was only slightly better. Service was great, quality of flowers not so much.”

“I ordered 'windermere' hand tied flowers based on the photo and reviews. The flowers that arrived to the recipient were totally different. I realise florists may change the colours according to availability, however I was not expecting a drastic change to a very bright colour! There were extra bits added to the periphery of the flowers in the website photo which were not included in the delivered flowers. I am somewhat dissapointed with the end result which was not very representative. I have photos of the flowers but the facility to upload to this review did not work!”

“Your delivery was fantastic but my six cousins posted photos of the bouquets they each received and I was disappointed at how much smaller they looked than the images on your website. Together they didn't look like over £200 worth of flowers. Disappointing.”

“Having read the many reviews I was sceptical. I didn’t receive notification that it had been shipped so was worried the would not arrive. But they did and they were really nice 😊…. I did contact customer service but had no response. So mixed review. Was pleased in the end.”

“The flowers and jug were good but arrived 24 hours late. There was a great selection of flowers but using the app to create a photo card ;as suggested on the site) was immensely frustrating- it kept freezing and I had to start again from scratch each time. Eventually it worked on a laptop. I didn’t get the discount for downloading the app or for signing up - possibly my fault as I had already spent a very long time and was desperate to check out!”

“The flowers were delivered to Aberdeen Crematorium as we found the card with the message we had written lying on the side. Unfortunately they forgot to put the flowers out so we have no idea what they looked like and as we live in Woking, could not wait to see if they found them. £45 wasted.”
