“only downfall was they were completely different to the picture of flowers I chose however they were lovely.”

“After receiving lovely flowers from Haute Florist, I have tried to send flowers twice: the first time they arrived a day late so I was given a voucher. The second time I didn't receive notification of dispatch or delivery. It all seems a bit chaotic so I don't feel I can rely on them to do a good job, which is a shame.”

“Ordered the prestige bouquet for my wedding..the roses were already opened on arrival...and were nothing like the advertised picture. I registered my disappointment with the company - and was offered another bouquet or refund both of which I declined as it was too late. We made the flowers look their best by throwing away half of the bouquet..and keeping them out of too many photos..not great..won’t be revisiting or recommending...”

“Ordering process was easy. I didn’t receive an email about delivery so couldn’t track and had to email for confirmation and was finally sent tracking info which was an inconvenience . Flowers were delivered on the day as requested and apparently lovely.”

“Beautiful flowers, arrived on time as requested, but, for £30 A medium size bouquet was much smaller than I anticipated, such a shame because it was a pretty bouquet, just very small.”

“Waste of time specifying date for delivery as they are being delivered day after my sister in law's 60th birthday. Ordered a week in advance to avoid this. So annoyed. Have e mail haute florist but will see if they bother to come back to me. Doesn't matter how nice the flowers may be, if they are delivered late. Now looks as if I have ignored her birthday or sent them as an after thought when I booked them in advance.”

“Not the most easy of websites. Made an error on address fist time round and found it difficult to correct. Had to close website down and restart to correct. then 2nd time put 2 orders of flowers instead of 1 and again found it difficult to correct though fathomed it eventually! This was supposed to be a review of your website so cannot comment on delivery yet”

“This wasn’t a issue with haute but Royal Mail. Royal Mail received the delivery at 5pm and didn’t deliver until 6pm the day after. Unfortunately some of the more fragile flowers didn’t make it. However my friend who needed cheering up loved them I will use again and hopefully next time the post gods will be good”

“I ordered an extra large bouquet and I was very surprised at how small it was. The quality is god but the size is really small, only 4 roses in the bouquet. Nice Germini but really this bouquet was a disappointment.”

“Unfortunately the roses arrived started to wilt, lasted less than one week, the company replaced them and offered voucher, very good service, thank you , but these roses don’t look like they will last much longer, if you are ordering choose other flowers is my advice. Company were good to work with though.”

“Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and they were delivered as promised and my mum said they were a stunning bouquet. However, they only lasted for five days before they had wilted and gone limp. My brother bought her flowers from the local supermarket and they are still going strong. I did research before I chose Haute so am left feeling very disappointed with the quality of their product I’m afraid”

“Very frustrating website that advertises varying special rates but website is too complicated to carry them through. Bouquets supposedly reduced from £50 to £35 which should be medium sized don’t actually exist when you try to order. Helpline would not support issues with codes after an order has been made. New users are offered 10% reduction but this was too complicated to apply. Having said that, the flowers were beautiful. The delivery service and info is outstanding. Further vouchers for money off are given after the order is made and these helpfully are via email. Some silly online issues that spoil an otherwise great product and service.”

“The quality of the flowers is amazing. I was disappointed with the customer services though. I’ve sent two emails to ask for confirmation of the delivery date, had no answer and when I went on chat they didn’t have a clue even though I gave them the order number and had to wait for ages with no answer. Also the flowers were delivered in the afternoon and I wanted it to be delivered in the morning.”
