“Could have been clearer which bouquets were available for delivery straight away, and which weren’t available until after Christmas. But once a bouquet was dispatched it was well received. Haute bouquets seem to have the wow factor, so will use again.”

“The flowers were beautiful. However, I am disappointed in the size of the bouquet. l ordered a large. When I saw the size of the bouquet it does not look large.”

“My friend absolutely loved her flowers however the delivery was a little disappointing. I'd left instructions in case no one was home but Royal Mail ignored them and delivered the flowers a day later. Not the end of the world but not the birthday treat I'd hoped for either.”

“Bit disappointed as she didn’t receive them on the day arranged. Got delivered to a totally different place. Though can’t really blame the florist, more so the Royal Mail. Otherwise she loved them. Thank you”

“A surprise gift from friends in Australia. Beautiful flowers but disappointed that after a few days some of the flowers started to die. Received the flowers on Saturday 6th November. Friends that sent the flowers were delighted that they were delivered the day after they had placed the order. Tried to include pictures but system wouldn’t allow.”

“Delivery was perfect great app and very happy with how they looked sadly they wilted and not all the buds opened on the bouquet thought they would look and last a lot better and longer but sadly not this time and I did follow all the instructions probably will use again as could of been a bad batch this time”

“Thankfully my mum loved her flowers, but I was disappointed that the £40 bouquet I purchased from Haute looked nothing like the photo of the flowers my mum received. I had paid extra to make it a medium sized bouquet but it looked quite small and sad and not very well padded out with foliage.”
