“Flowers superb, delivered on time. The only thing I didn't receive was a confirmation time or date, which as it transpired didn't matter, it was a nervous few hours not knowing if a quite important gift for my wife was going to arrive as per order”

“Beautiful flowers. Easy to order. The flowers were delivered a day later than expected. It was between Christmas and New Year so not surprised. The people receiving the flowers were home, luckily, both days. So not a problem for us. Otherwise would have given 5 stars.”

“My mum loves her Christmas flowers but my birthday flowers from my brother were a little disappointing as the roses were going brown after 4 days. That is why I hate ordering roses online”

“I have used you several times without any hitches or problems. Unfortunately this time the delivery day (23 December) was not met so I contacted you, thankfully, just after sending you an email to check on estimated delivery I was informed that they had just arrived (morning of 24 December). “I sent 2 Christmas bouquets this year. Both arrived on time and were delivered intact. Both recipients were happy. I have deducted one star for the bouquet that contained white lilies because I expected at least one lily to be open. I know the ones in bud will last longer and open up but the impact of the bouquet was lessened because it looked like a load of buds with red berries. The Christmassy red bouquet with pine cones looked fab straightaway.”
