Only 1 star because 0 stars is not an option. Ordered flowers & personalised card to be delivered to my elderly aunt for her birthday. Ordered on the 27th for the 29th. It is now the 30th and still nothing has been delivered. Horrendous customer service. Have initiated a case with PayPal for a refund. Steer well clear.

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. Terrible experience. Flowers wilted same day they were delivered. Paid to upgrade to a medium size but bunch was small. Paid over £40 and have had better quality and quantity of flowers from a £15 supermarket purchase. I was overseas when I sent these to my wife so sent through photos when I got back, which was apparently 1 day later than their policy of 3 days. The photos were from within their ridiculous 3 day complaint window. So I was not offered a refund but £10 off my next order, they didn’t care about the terrible service or flowers. If you are ok overpaying for flowers that won’t outlast the day they are delivered then this is the company for you!!

Paid £82 to have flowers and chocolates delivered on a certain date due to a bereavement. They never arrived. I wish I had read the reviews before I used this company. It was the date that was important! I have asked for a full refund and will review again later as to how long this takes.

Flowers have not been delivered! No communication from Haute Florist since my order was acknowledged by them, despite trying to contact them. I am appalled and out of pocket.

Very, very disappointed with the flowers that arrived yesterday. Tiny hat box with very sparse and limp flowers lacking colour, style and beauty. Ordered previously and was delighted. Have another order on the way in two days which have ordered for a friend's birthday. The flowers that arrived yesterday were an anniversary gift but made me feel very embarrassed.

Flowers arrived with two dead stems and soggy tips due to being in the same water for days. They looked nothing like what was advertised. Customer service were appalling and put the blame on the recipient for the state of the flowers! It seems this is their usual modus operandi, condescendingly telling you how to care for flowers, asking for several photos and disputing what they see then offering a £10 credit on the account. The product was unsatisfactory and the customer service even more so. I have requested my account to be closed and will be buying my flowers elsewhere in future. AVOID!

Ordered a £35 bouquet as a birthday present. They were delivered 2 days late, did not arrive in any water to preserve them and starting dying the next day. Not very impressed at all by the flowers or the service and was only offered a £15 refund. Will not use these again.

I ordered a large bouquet and it was tiny when delivered. I contacted customer services and was told I could get £10 credited to my account as compensation which was an insult. Extremely disappointed and should have stuck with M&S

Extremely poor customer service and flowers did not arrive on time. When we complained about the late delivery they gave us a lecture about terms and conditions and all excuses in the world. The flowers were delivered the next day and in awful state. Complained again with the picture but customer service gave zero toss. Never use haute flowers and prestige flowers as apparently they are the same company. £70 wasted by this scam of a company. I would never use haute or prestige flowers as both are the same company. Taking peoples hard earn money like that. I have one last thing to say KARMA - what goes around comes around so wait for your turn now

IMy partner got me a extra large bouquet delivered 17/8/23 for my birthday £70 absolute disgrace most of these 15 flowers yes 15 where withered and nearly dead I have purchased better from Asda in reduced isle, on complaining was told the quality and quantity where sufficient to there standards I asked for a full refund and said I would return myself and was told no he can try and claim back from his bank but they may challenge this, I have took several photos and will be taking this matter further and will publish these photos for everyone to see what a rip off this company is

Ordered a bouquet well in advance. These where then shipped using Royal Mail. Even though it stated on the website next day delivery, this isnt possible with royal mail anymore as their 24hr is no longer guaranteed. I called Haute when I realised around 430pm on the day of delivery these still hadnt been delivered and was told I had to give it until 730pm. By this point the flowers had been in transit for over 24hrs, I have no idea what state these will now arrive in. I gave it until 730pm nothing was delivered. Contacted royal mail, they didnt help at all. Tried to contact Haute but no response at all. Its now Saturday, no one at Haute is available until Monday. Royal Mail are not helping. Im now left with a bouquet costing £40 being in transit for 48hrs not being delivered likely to be in a terrible state and most importantly flowers that did not get to the recipient on their special day. Awful service. They will likely be delivered today, wishful thinking possibly, but am embarrassed to think of the state these will be in. When I spoke to customer service i was told i would have to provide photo evidence of these flowers if anything was wrong with them. So to top it off not only does the recipient recieve the flowers late, possibly in a dreadful condition, I will also now need to ask for photos to prove to Haute if something is wrong. Again awful sevice. Not using again at all.

Customer service attrocious. Floqer3 cost me £70 look like they have came straight out og a bin , nothing like what they advertise stay well clear asked me semd pics then got told they are sufficient . Stay well away from these cowboys omve they have your money thats it. Shop local amd avoid these idiots online who portay lovely pivs of what your supposedly getting . £70 for 12 flowers thqt look absolutely dreadful totally ruined my partners birthday.

Appaulling customer service - 30% of the heads died within 12 hours of being received for a birthday gift and no offer of refund only a 15% discount of the NEXT purchase - would not even consider buying from this company again

Absolutely shocking service. No customer service, and a bad "its not our problem" attitude. Definitely will not order from them again. Ordered birthday flowers for next day delivery and was told they would arrive the day after. Whats the point? Just furious.

Do not order from this company. Ordered roses in hat box that were supposed to be preserved and they state they last for one year. They arrived in good condition but only lasted 5 weeks. Their help desk is useless all they sa is you are outside the time line. Complete rip off.Do not buy from this company any flowers they claim are preserved and last one year

I won't ever order from Haute again. The flowers arrived late twice - not before 1pm as asked for, and not by 7pm the same day, but the next day in fact. The roses (and one thistle head is half dead) all have black dry edges not just on the outer petals but also further in, and there are brown spots. One rose I had to throw away out of the box because it was mouldy! After several emails back and forth with them where I asked for a full refund and I shared plenty pictures to show the sub-bar flowers. And if I look at the gorgeous bouquets with very fresh flowers with no browning, dry bits, and visible mould, it is an affront to suggest I should be removing the outer petals to enjoy my bouquet. Who does that? Thanks, never again.

I’ve used Haute in the past, and have received a beautiful bouquet from them before hence why I ordered. However, the flowers I have received were awful, small, dead, nothing like the pictured display, even after upgrading to a medium size for an extra £5. I called and received a replacement bunch, a different one at my request, and they’re tiny! £50 I may aswell have just burnt. The recipient also got a bunch from Tesco for their birthday, and let me say, the £10 Tesco bunch are fresh, thriving and a good size. I’m beyond disappointed, and after asking for a refund so I can go elsewhere, they have offered me £10 credit, which I won’t use as I won’t be returning. Don’t bother.
