Horrible company AVOID AT ALL COST. Basically i ordered super expensive flowers for my sister birthday which was on Saturday , they use post office as a courier and the post office did no attempt deliver on the day - i just refeived a message that they will not even though i paid extra for a specific delivery on the day. This was during the biggest heat recorded in the history of England since 1950 and the flowrs stayed in a carton box the whole on Saturday and sunday day and night. Eventually they were delivered to my sister on monday afternoon completely smashed and cheap looking , mind u I paid £100 . I phoned the conpany up and they said they will send me an email on my email to which i need to respond with photos as proof of the state of then - keeping in mind we all know what the weather was like , i was unable to sleep due to the heet imagine how dead the flowers felt in that box fir 3 days. Anyways my words were dismissed and i wanted to talk to a supervisor to which the guy told me there is noone available. I then left my number to be contacted and i have not been. I did not get that email either , so no response , no phone call no email no refund and i was left to feel like a complete moron on my sister birthday without a gift - coz that was my surprise to her:

Delivered on time but very dissatisfied with the flowers. The pink roses lasted one day the purple roses lasted two days the eucalyptus leaves were sprayed with gold. The thistles lasted longer. I did ask them to rectify the issue but I was offered a £10 credit not happy.

Awful company , awful customer service Avoid if you want flowers for a specific occasion they will not arrive in a state worthy of your loved one

PAID 47.99 AND GOT DYING BLACKENED RED ROSES DELIVERED SENT PHOTOGRAPHS ON THE DAY OF DELIVERY THEY SAID THEY ARE PERFECT, I DIDNT KNOW THAT MR MAGOO WORKED FOR YOUR COMPANY, I WILL BE GOING WITH SOCIAL MEDIA/TV'S SCAMMERS PROGRAMME AND AND ANY OTHER MEDIEA OUT THERE TO GET YOU NAME KNOWN YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES HOW DARE YOU DELIVER FLOWERS TO ME THAT ARE ONLY FIT FOR THE COMPOST MRS S WEIR

Zero effort, respect or care given by the staff. I ordered several days in advance, yet they wait until 17:00 the preceding day regardless of destination. The is meant the birthday bouquet arrived two days late. On top of this, the staff have a very “not our problem, its in our T&Cs” attitude, although when challenged that they have not in fact obeyed their own T&Cs they become unresponsive. They also copied and pasted the exact same message to me on two different occasions, and also sent me an obvious copy paste from another customer that included the customers name. Avoid avoid avoid. Also many of the positive reviews are suspicious “invited” reviews.

Avoid at all costs Awful ‘ service’ flowers arrrived 3 days late and customer service was unhelpful and uncaring Bouquet of flowers orders on a Thursday at 930 am to be delivered for my Mother’s birthday the following Monday Got a message from the courier to say it would arrive on Tuesday 5th , they didn’t arrive till Wed 6th - battered and in transit longer than they should have been So my mum had no flowers on her birthday We contacted ‘ customer service ‘ and repeatedly got very very patronising responses informing us that Northern Ireland and other apparently hard to reach places like Scotland (!) couldn’t have ‘next day delivery ‘ as they take longer to get to …… which is why we ordered 4 days prior to the birthday ??? If you would like flowers for a special occasion or birthday don’t order from this company as they wlll not arrive on the date you require

I don’t think the flowers were received. I ordered next day service, but they didn’t arrive until today. Missed the special occasion. I’m gutted.

Don’t use. Totally untrustworthy. Ordered roses for my wife’s 60th birthday 11 days in advance with guaranteed delivery before 13.00 at extra cost and the flowers never arrived. Royal Mail tracking only ever showed as “we’re expecting it” and I never received a confirmation email from Haute to advise they were ever dispatched. Haute we’re unwilling to offer any compensation other than a refund. Use a name you can trust for your special flower deliveries.

Disappointing experience. 2 days delay of delivery and no one has admitted responsibility at all. The flowers arrived tiring and I was so ashamed of sending them as gift to my friend.

I ordered sympathy flowers on Friday evening for next day delivery, 2nd September. I received an email from Royal Mail on Saturday 3rd to say they had the flowers at their Hub and they would deliver them on Tuesday 5th!!! Which meant the flowers were sitting at their Hub for 4 days 😩 by the time they were going to be delivered they would be wilted. Not what I had hoped for one of my best friends who had just lost her husband. On the website the information says they deliver 7 days a week by a courier, in my case the courier was Royal Mail. The flowers were to be delivered to Inverness, on the Scottish Mainland. Customer support by Prestige Gifting has been very poor and unhelpful. There is nothing they can do, can't cancel the order and can't stop the order. Very upsetting situation for me to explain and apologise to my friend in advance of receiving the flowers that they will be in a poor state. It's a pity because the web site and flowers are impressive but the service is not. I would not use them again.

Due to the distance between the delivery address and our distribution centre, it can sometimes take extra time in transit, as we do advise on our website. The Sun flower, my friend received looks un-presentable and dry due to a delay of one day in the delivery. This was my first and last experience with this company, and I will not order again from them. It was a waste of both money and time, and I am very disappointed.

they provided flowers of poor quality for my wife funeral they offered part refund to date i have had nothing from them but excuses good with those.its not the money how they can do this in these circumstances i dont know but says alot about the company

Flowers didn't arrive on day , when contacted haute they said I had to wait till 7.30pm even though I stated royal mail tracking service still stayed they hadn't received them at 2pm! Called next day to be today they would be delivered the following day 😬 not good service at all especially when you have to argue for a refund

Ordered two luxury hat bouquets to be delivered today for an engagement . I am in utter shock that I received an email right before the specified delivery time that my order will only be delivered on the next business day from a no-reply email. No reason for failed delivery. No contact to the recipient at all. How will the blooms last that long and what’s the point if the day has passed already. The customer service does not help at all, I sent messages on social media as well. I am deeply disappointed. I can’t call or contact anyone as I am overseas in South Africa . Customer service is appalling.

Biggest regret! Usually use another company as my go to for flowers but I was actually send a gorgeous bouquet my someone from Haute so thought I’d try them for my next order. My best friend loves hydrangeas and eucalyptus so imagine my delight to find they had a bouquet with both (a bouquet I could have purchased from a number of other places might I add) so still wanting to try haute out myself placed the order with them. After a mess with the tracking which is more a Royal Mail issue to be fair the flowers ended up arriving but they are the wrong flowers…. The card was not delivered with the flowers either which I paid on top for. Chat bot is useless and no humans around to help

No successful delivery I left a contact number and there was no attempt to call and ask for directions I had to chase when it was already two days late and customer service sounded like they couldn’t be bothered I was first offered for it to be re sent out for delivery for a second time but at this point the moment had gone for the gesture They wouldn’t be refund me, instead they gave me a credit which forces me really to use a company where I have had a bad experience. I could have ordered these exact flowers from about 5 other companies. I do understand delivery is a Royal Mail issue but if your business is delivering fresh flowers (in most cases given at a special day) - this should be priority. Unfortunately for the Channel Islands , you are unable to change/update delivery on Royal Mail tracking. You have to call Royal Mail but then it directs you back to online tracking - issue in the system there. Hopefully when I used my credit , I will be happier with the service. Shame as had the customer service been friendlier , I may not have been so annoyed.

I have already posted a review, but I am still so upset I need to write another. I ordered the bouquet for my son and daughter in law's first anniversary. They look absolutely NOTHING like the picture on the website. Two sunflowers were open and the others were still closed and obviously not going to open. The flowers were tatty and pathetic looking and I was so upset and embarrassed when I saw what had been sent. Apparently Haute flowers think this is totally acceptable and would not offer a refund or replacement, just a £10 credit for my next order. I was told if I wanted to take the matter further I would have to do it through my bank, but to read the company's terms and conditions. Absolutely appalling customer service, it seems once they have your money they are happy to send out poor quality bouquets that look nothing like the ones on their website. The one star was for the packaging. Extremely upset and disappointed

Dreadful. I ordered a what looked like a beautiful sunflower bouquet for an anniversary. I was embarrassed by what was received. It looked like something from the supermarket reduced bucket. Customer service appalling
